Been here a few times, usually everyone is lovely and welcoming. Tonight, I brought some new friends and was told very aggressively that we either have to undress (in the first few minutes of us arriving) or leave. As we paid £70+ to get in, we complied. The plan was to have a smoke, have a drink, get undressed and then go to the hot tub/jacuzzi/sauna, in our own time. But apparently that wasn't good enough. We either had to get undressed or we had to leave. That entire situation soured the night and the staff were very rude to us all night, bar one. Especially the assistant manager. We tried to express our unhappiness at closing time and they told us to "go to another place". If you want to be groped without consent and be forced to take your clothes off within the first few minutes of arriving, then go here. I was upset because the past experiences I have had here have been fantastic. I may get a childish response but this has to be said. I recommended this club to all of my friends and the experience was absolute garbage. Apart from that, the club is beautiful.

Been coming here for years with my partners. There isn't a better club in the country. It has the best facilities, is kept in the best condition and it is continually being refreshed and kept up to date. We can't wait to go again!

First time Saturday, what a wonderful time. Staff are so helpful and polite. Spotlessly clean, great atmosphere, everybody friendly. Definetly going again.

Our first visit to Chameleons Saturday night and can't rate this venue high enough! The staff are amazing, very friendly and approachable. The crowd was a mix of ages, experience and all were warming and welcoming! A must visit venue!!!

Intricate and calming venue with hard working and friendly staff. Clean facilities, a variety of fun playrooms both open and lockable. A great place to hang out even if to do nothing else. Good and reasonably priced accommodation. Fave place.

Great staff always friendly and down for a laugh. Weekends and fridays are best i find but never had a bad time here. Love the themed nights and your made to feel comfortable whatever your shape or size. X

Best club in the country in our opinion fantastic food fantastic nightclub, the jacuzzis and rooms are very clean and regularly cleaned and are very nice. You are guaranteed a good time, very friendly apart from Carl who will probably insult you

A safe place for all to experience fun.

First time to a club and we both enjoyed ourselves. Nice place, nice people. Something worrying though, I saw two phones with their screens active - one walking in the bar area and one in the TV room where messages were being sent. I also saw two phones back to back but not lit up as people walked out through the bar, they could have been recording. Also... several people vaping, shame about the sickly smell it causes. Although these two issues are worrying to us, we will most likely be coming back and a few weeks.

Attended the club on 6 August 2023. Had a great time. Met some friendly, sexy people. Got naughty the staff were very helpful. Thank you to Mel for showing us around and making the experience fun. Had fun exploring all the club and having an experience we will be trying again. 10 out of 10. Gary and Allie.

Wife and I went on a Sat night for our first time. Staff were brilliant and friendly checking everything was OK. We massively enjoyed our jight and will be going back soon.
