There's so much I could say but I'll leave the review I needed to see when I was at my lowest. If you're suffering with back/ hip problems that other medical professionals have dismissed or failed to get to the bottom of, book in and see Andy. If you've got a catalogue of problems that people are telling you can't possibly be connected, go and see Andy. If you've been made to feel that your pain and physical/ mechanical problems are not worth other 'professionals' time, go and see Andy. For any woman suffering with SI Joint/ hip problems, don't waste your time, energy or money elsewhere. A knowledgeable and thorough professional who acts and listens on what he sees and what you say.

I've been having treatment from Andrew for over 15 years and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Chiropractor. Laetitia is truly excellent at what she does - thorough, personable, and clearly very knowledgeable. I sought a chiropractor to see if it would help a long-standing issue with my jaw. It’s a very complex issue that basically means my lower jaw swings left when I open my mouth, and some days I struggle to open my mouth more than 2-3cm because my jaw seizes up. This gives me huge tension headaches and is very problematic for my work. I had been given physio exercises in the past but they didn’t help that much. Laetitia took the time to really suss what was going on and through a variety of manipulation and alignment techniques, has been able to release so much of the tension and put things back where they should be. For 3 years my jaw hasn’t opened properly and now, after just 3 sessions with Laetitia, my mouth opens straight and it’s beginning to open wider too! I am also able to use some of the techniques at home in between our sessions, which I find much more effective than what any other professionals have suggested in the past. I cannot recommend Laetitia highly enough. She will listen to you intently and do everything possible to try and help you. Thank you

As I’d been to a Chiropractor years ago with back pain, I knew the treatment worked. Andrew discovered I had a trapped nerve, and within a few visits giving me treatment the pain had gone. I went to see Andrew Miles just six weeks ago with a condition called Morton’s Neuroma, a damaged nerve in the ball of my foot. The pain was excruciating. Despite Andrew being a chiropractor he listened to my story and said he was prepared to help. Four visits later and I am now pain free. In addition to the treatment, I have had to change my footwear to wide fitting shoes and also foot exercises on a regular basis. I have been seeing Andrew for many years now and remember our first meeting. I walked then with the aid of a walking stick and suffered with much pain after a severe back injury and surgery. I will be honest and say that I was doubtful to start with, having seen Osteopaths, Acupuncturists in the past without success. Andrew was the first Chiropractor that I had seen. Andrew examined me and then went on to explain to me what he thought was the problems that I was having. He then explained to me the treatment he could offer. He also used skeletal models to help me understand what and how the treatment could be beneficial to me. I remember that after about two weeks of seeing Andrew for treatment I did not need to use a walking stick anymore and the pain in my lower back had gone. I will honestly say that I was totally amazed. I continue to see Andrew on a four week basis for care and maintenance to my back. On the rare occasions my back does seize up I have to go and see him more often to put it right. I feel confident that if I need to see Andrew more often he will always fit me in. Seeing Andrew has enabled me to lead a relatively normal life, free from pain, using pain killers and more importantly to me has enabled me to continue with my passion of cycling. Andrew is a true professional, who in my opinion is a very skilled and dedicated Chiropractor. The clinic is always spotlessly clean and friendly when I visit. I first visited Andrew in 2000 with lower back pain that after an accident involving lifting. I was diagnosed with L5/S1 lumber facet joint arthralgia which responded well to treatment and I was discharged after four treatments. I suffered lower back muscle spasms again in 2003 to which I again responded well to treatment. Due to an active job and lifestyle at the time it was recommended I attend regular six week treatments on a preventative basis. To date, 2023, this has proved to work in preventing back spasms. The only issues I have had is when I missed several appointments in a row due to work commitments. If I feel stiffness in my lower back Andrew has always found an appointment slot for me at short notice to prevent a spasm. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew, and have done to several friends who also had the same positive experiences as me.

Very happy with the level of care I’ve received from Andrew. I had been suffering with a recurring pain in my neck and back for many years, which was getting worse and happening more and more frequently. Andrew identified the problem in the first session and after regular treatment, I now can’t remember the last time I had the pain. Sessions are one to one, he spends as long as he needs with you and always takes the time to explain things fully and answer questions. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I have had a great experience with Andrew. I came to him in mid September after dealing with sciatica for nearly 3 months. I was diagnosed by a physiotherapist in August who was unhelpful and told me to do some nerve flossing and that it should get better within a couple months. After a very thorough initial screening process Andrew realised I had a herniated disk and gave me the appropriate treatment and recommendations to get back to full health. After suffering for months, within 6 weeks of working with Andrew my pain was basically all gone and I’m now able to continue exercising pain-free! I would highly recommend Andrew, he is definitely an expert in his field!

I had popped ribs from coughing and pain wise, I could not withstand anymore. I could barely move. After assessment and manipulation/treatment 2 days ago, I walked out of clinic with only mild pain. Andrew Miles is a brilliant chiropractor who genuinely cares about finding out what is wrong with you and treats you accordingly. Having suffered for many years with back and neck pain, after a few visits I could see a massive improvement and have been able to exercise and loose weight through my pain virtually disappearing after undergoing the recommend treatment plan. I am now 1 stone and 10 pounds lighter and would not be able to go through this weight loss journey if I was still struggling with the pain I had prior to seeing Andrew. He is by far the best and after having him recommended to me by a friend I would not hesitate in telling anyone I know to pay him a visit to receive fantastic chiropractic care.

First time ever using a chiropractor for some issues with my neck. The clinic came recommended but I couldn't see the particular person who was recommended to me. I saw Laetitia who was new to the practice. 6 sessions later and I have a full range of motion in my neck. She's highly knowledgeable, dedicated to her profession and a naturally amiable person. Would use again.

I’ve been having numerous issues with my upper back in particular causing painful nerve issues. I have attempted to resolve the problem myself, and via the NHS, but wasn’t really getting anywhere, and the problems would easily return. Andrew diagnosed an issue with a mild nerve irritation in the neck which was causing the rest of my upper back to compensate, and by addressing this, my upper back finally released and became maintainable which has more or less solved years of a catalog of issues, some of which were often seriously debilitating. I cannot possibly give less than 5 stars for this and would easily recommend Andrew to others. My only regret is taking so long to make the first appointment. Very pleased with the results to put it mildly.

Excellent service. Very friendly and efficient staff. I had been attending this clinic with a shoulder problem since July 2020. The chiropractors were very attentive clearly explaining the treatment needed & exercise regime required. Thanks to their excellent treatment I am well on the road to recovery.

Andrew has a clinical diagnosis approach and is the closest thing I've ever met to a doctor who's also a chiropractor. His aim is to heal you and help it stop coming back. (Unlike other chiropractic centres I've used.). Best one by a country mile.

Excellent chiropractor. I had chest pain and tightness for a while and I was at a loss after having visited a few clinics and not receiving any answers, or getting much better. The first session with Andrew was great. He was very professional, immediately put me at ease and was able to diagnose the underlying cause of my condition, which was a trapped nerve in my neck. With regular exercises, my condition has improved, I am now feeling much better! I highly recommend Andrew for all your chiropractic needs!

I can't recommend Laetitia Betsch-Lewis highly enough. She's is incredibly thorough and soon diagnosed the cause of the nagging back pain I've had for nearly two decades and which had been getting worse recently. She used a number of techniques and worked on loosening my lower back that had always felt locked and compacted. And since I've been compensating, she also targeted the parts of my back that had been over-worked. Laetitia has given me daily exercises to stabilise areas of weaknesses, I'm using heat pads & ice packs very specifically ... and altogether it's working! It's such a relief to see light at the end of the tunnel and have someone so knowledgeable to help me on my road to recovery.

It could be a little daunting seeing a chiropractor initially. Ideally you’d want a well-run clinic with friendly, efficient staff and practitioner/s with integrity, experience and good people skills plus for it to be good value for money. This has been, I’m delighted to say, my experience of seeing Andrew Miles at the Llandaff Clinic. I am feeling so much better and it’s such a relief to be on a different trajectory with the benefit of Andrew’s expertise and support.

I have suffered with rheumatoid arthritis for 20 years . For the last 2 year's I had trouble walking and moving my arms and neck I was in so much pain .I woke up one day and googled for a chiropractor and this clinic came up .I phoned they seen me that day and with in 4 visits I was able to move arms ,neck and walk a lot easier and with a lot less pain Andrew is very kind and made me feel at ease very well coming
