We cannot recommend Kate highly enough. Our wedding was small (30 guests) and we initially weren’t sure whether to book a photographer, as we wanted to keep it as informal as possible. We needn’t have worried as Kate immediately felt like an old friend! She put us at ease and captured the most beautiful photos of our wedding day, which we will treasure forever. We are so so pleased we found her and made the decision to book her. Her photos speak for themselves, but looking back at them her beautiful use of light really stands out, as well as all the little moments she caught which we might otherwise have forgotten.

Where do I start?? Kate is an absolute dream! From the moment we met online to discuss our wedding, we knew we were in the best hands. We booked a pre wedding shoot in Cardiff with Kate and we honestly didn’t stop laughing. She made me and my husband, who might be a little camera shy, feel so at ease. I don't know where to start! Kate has been absolutely fabulous from the beginning. She has captured our wedding day in the most beautiful way. Kate was fabulous from first contact to us receiving our final photos. We contacted Kate to capture our wedding day, and were impressed upon our initial zoom call to learn she had researched the time of sunset for the day of the wedding and some lovely locations for photo opportunities. Both myself and my husband are quite shy in front of the camera, but you’d never know when looking at the photos as Kate made us feel at ease and relaxed the whole day. Kate was a wonderful wedding photographer. She was so friendly and approachable both on the run up and during the big day. Nothing was too much trouble and she help massively in the day flowing so well and capturing so many beautiful photos despite the horrible weather! She also worked so well with our videographer (who she had never met before) and so many guests commented about it that they thought they were part of a joint team. Kate Stuart photography is by far my favourite photographer to use and recommend. She sees a brand or shoot with such a natural and artistic flare that others don’t see and rarely are able to capture. Kate really is an exceptional photographer an artist and a consummate professional. She has wonderful values, honesty and delivers beautiful results every time. Not only have I continued to recommend her to clients and contacts for corporate photography and product shoots. We hired Kate as our wedding photographer to capture our special day. Her natural style has a wonderful magic and truth to it. It’s like she unlocks the best representation of her subject matter through seeing what is invisible to others. She is very graceful so you rarely realise she’s capturing the moment so perfectly. I can’t recommend her any higher. I just wish she was in Canada now not South Wales so I could work with her more regularly here and not just remotely with referrals.

5 stars really doesn't do Kate justice! Kate was an absolute star, and you should book her immediately. We picked her off the back of one zoom call, as she was so warm and personable and we really felt like we'd be in safe hands. On the day itself, she came along to photograph us all down at Barry Island Parkrun, which resulted in some great action shots, as well as capturing the joy on everyone's faces at the start of the big day. Throughout the day itself she was such a calming influence; knowing the venue inside out, and having worked on tons of weddings previously, she was able to guide us through every part of the day. By the end of the day, it felt like she was part of the wedding party; it was as if we didn't just hire a photographer, but an extra wedding planner. And the photos were obviously all great as well!

Kate is a five star photographer, we booked Kate well in advance of our wedding, and throughout the whole preparation period, she kept in touch and made us feel at ease about choosing what sort of photos we wanted, and how it would all play out on the day. Not only is Kate an amazing photographer capturing every unique special moment. She is calm , supportive and has a natural ability to put people at ease in front of the camera. From the first zoom meeting , emails, phone calls and then to finally meet Kate on the day of our wedding was as if we'd been friends for years. I wanted to update my website photos of myself as they were feeling a little outdated and had only been selfie pictures I had taken myself. After an initial phone call to discuss what I wanted Kate had asked about my website colours and advised about clothing and props that would compliment my brand and her shooting style.
