Probably the best place to park in the centre of Cardiff. Car park spaces are wide and easy to get in and out of your car which is very unusual in City centre car parks. Very rare is the car park full and it is certainly not the most expensive to park in. Always use this car as it is so convenient.

Parked there for few hours, reasonable prices, went there in the morning and had to wait outside for a while in order to get in as it was already full.

Very convenient for John Lewis and St David's retail park as well as surroundings such as stadiums and train station. Found it reasonable too as we were expecting to pay more according to hours we spent around but guess what? Christmas came before Ho Ho Ho time 😊. We recommend this Car park which leads to all three floors of shopping centre.

This car park is a hell hole. I just queued for an hour and a half to get out of this awful place. With no signal to let my partner know why me and my baby had not returned home. When I asked the attendant whether there was a problem with the exit he said it's normal.

Absolutely disgusted by the amount l was charged today. I parked at 4.45pm and was in town shopping for 1 hour and 5 mins. Was charged £5.50!!..It stated £2.50 for 1 hour and nowhere does it say that its £5.50 up to 2 or 3 hours!...when l rang the intercom and queried it with the woman who answered she was so rude and told me to check the tariffs and it was evening rates!! But l arrived before 5pm and this still doesn't justify the price you charged me. Will never use you again, robbing people should be ashamed of yourselves!

Enough space for a 2013 Ford F150. Entrance is a little bit tight for the Raptor.

Great place to park may have to wait a little for a space but worth it.

Was looking for somewhere to park to walk around Cardiff central and parked here. Parking spaces are generously wide which was nice. Charges were average.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely ruined our day and experience of Cardiff. We spent more time in the queue to get IN and OUT of this car park. Completely no need for the queues at all. Sort it out!

Excellent and reliable. It’s a lot cheaper to park here than get the train in to town. Good security and easy to use machine to get ticket and pay after you’ve finished you stay. Takes you right into the John Lewis shop, or St David’s depending on which door you use, which is very handy.

Very light and bright with excellent access to the town centre. The spaces are generous and the ticket machines are simple to use. The entrance and exit are very narrow so watch your wheels.

Beware entering the car park from the wrong direction. Entering from Canal Street is prohibited and will land you with a fine.

An absolute nightmare to get to due to cardiff's stupid road system around the city centre. Signage shows 1000+ spaces twice along the road, then when you get to the sign 15 minutes later, it says full. Ended up spending an extortionate amount parking in greyfriars rather than wait for another hour trying to get round the corner into this car park.

Full, traffic spilling out onto street, doesn't say it's full until you get the the barriers by which time, it's too late, you're trapped!

My favourite carpark in Cardiff, much better then going up and down that spiral in st David's. Only issue with John Lewis carpark is the road leading in from the traffic lights, always congested there and impossible to get in from Motorpoint arena side as traffic gets priority from butetown junction

My favourite car part for City Centre shopping. Can get a little busy at times, but this is outweighed by the convenient location. Recommended.

Best department shop in the UK. This shop is much much bigger with hundreds of big top brands and products

You can't really get excited about a car park, but this one is well lit, clean and one of the cheapest around.

  • 5/5 Ashleigh L. 2 years ago on Google
A little pricey per hour but right in the thick of things. Wide spaces for larger cars and good access.

  • 5/5 Philip H. 1 year ago on Google
Well laid out, although the drive in / out was a bit scary, driving a big car… £3 for a 3 hour’s stay…

Easy to find a space Reasonable charges, clean floor, good lighting not at all creepy ,didn't Smell of pee

Good safe parking, right in the centre of the city, and better than the "corkscrew" multi storey nearby. Good prices too.

One of the cheapest carparks in Central Cardiff. Little confusing to find the entrance and exit. Over all good.

Great place to park but go early as it's very popular. 2 levels. Well marked spaces. Number plate recognition for exit. Lifts direct into store.

A great car park with wide spaces and plenty of light , just need to get there before its full 👍

  • 4/5 Lloyd W. 1 year ago on Google
People always coming and going means spaces open up even when showing as full if you have a little patience. I prefer this carpark as waiting for the lifts in st David's can be a pain, this one doesn't have that problem

  • 4/5 Stephen L. 2 years ago on Google
Best car park especially if you have disabled family

  • 5/5 Stefan K. 2 years ago on Google
Best car park in UK. Wide lanes to drive in a good prices

  • 5/5 Julie V. 2 years ago on Google
Good place to park for Motorpoint Arena, easier to get out of than St. Davids Car Park

  • 5/5 Alan L. 1 year ago on Google
Good car park not over the top on price.

Great car park in centre of Cardiff, just note the entrance curve is quite tight. Bays well spaced.

  • 5/5 A. L. 1 year ago on Google
Very convenient and reasonable charges. I always find a place to park.

  • 3/5 Caitlin R. 1 year ago on Google
Hatd to get into and out of the car park as its a sharp bend with big curbs. However, cheap and normally has plenty of spaces available.

  • 1/5 XOE M. 1 year ago on Google
You will get a ticket for entering the car park from the wrong direction. I hadn't been there for years but had previously entered the car park this way and Not been fined. Just be aware of this. I've learnt the hard way.

  • 3/5 Peter M. 2 years ago on Google
Great location and rates in the evening. However, once the store is closed you can't officially get out except up the ramp which is supposed to be just for cars.

  • 3/5 Maggie P. 2 years ago on Google
Not the easiest of access to enter. Queues can be v long. Good situation for access to John Lewis and St Davids 2

  • 2/5 Geoffrey C. 1 year ago on Google
Not a great place to park .not clear exits walked back up ramp to get out .not clear ticket payments ..

  • 4/5 BJW 2 years ago on Google
Best car park when shopping but got to get there early.

  • 1/5 Joanne F. 1 year ago on Google
Day light robbery , charges £5.50 for 1hr and half , totally misleading display tariff, Practically Charges you twice if you arrive before 5 and leave after 5 , always used this car park but after these recent changes won’t use again

  • 4/5 Jay 2 years ago on Google
Good carpark with decent sized spaces. You can get caught out as only one of the exit gates scans your license plate and lets you out automatically. The other one still requires a ticket.
