I've been attending the life and lemons clinic since Summer 2021. Having never tried Accupuncture before, I was hesitant and skeptical at whether it would work for me. After 3 sessions I managed to resolve an ongoing menstrual issue and results have sustained near enough every month since. Amanda is very patient, a good listener and informative of her practices. I am very new to acupuncture, and Kimberley made me feel instantly at easy by explaining the procedure and how it works. We have both been given individual treatment plans including suggestions for the best supplements to help us along our fertility journey. Having extreme pain from osteoarthritis in thumb/wrist, plus “trigger finger” causing very poor sleep, stopping me getting the best from gym sessions, even opening bottles. Gripping and lifting were both so difficult. Following the first session I slept! And the pain was massively less for the following 5 days. I was so looking forward to appreciating the benefit from following appointments. Each weekly visit I was more able to continue my life without discomfort. I’d highly recommend acupuncture for pain, and acknowledge and accept that more than one session for maximum long-term benefit. . Kimberley is excellent. She listens, and seems to intuitively understand what’s needed. I’m delighted with the success of my treatment.

Kimberley is fantastic. She takes time to understand your current and previous health, and really listens to everything you’re hoping to achieve. Hannah is a kind and gentle practitioner. She really takes the time to get to know you and how you are doing each week so she can best adapt the treatment to your needs. I was quite nervous of the Acupuncture needles but Hannah has been super gentle and put me at ease each session. Highly recommend life and lemons!

Kim is really lovely and made me feel so comfortable having acupuncture for the first time! On my second appointment she remembered who I was (sometimes that’s not always a given!) and she remembered the symptoms that I was struggling with. This made me feel like she cared about what I was experiencing which is very different to my experience with GPs! I found the acupuncture really helped in taking the edge off my worst PMS symptoms and my PMS was more manageable than it has been in years.

I had the Mental Health Reset acupuncture today and it was the sweetest, most soothing half hour. Amanda was charming and knowledgeable, and I left feeling like a dreamy, relaxed noodle. If you’ve been having a hard time emotionally, or notice that your stress response is a bit extreme at the moment (whose isn’t, frankly), then this is a lovely way to help calm the nervous system and give yourself the excuse to go home and nap afterwards.

I had my first experience of acupuncture today and it was wonderful. My treatment was combined with acupressure massage which felt like exactly what I needed and I came away feeling relaxed and calm. Highly recommend.

I had auricular acupuncture in the form of a mental health reset ‘time out’ with Amanda yesterday and I can’t speak highly enough about the effect and experience. Life and Lemons is my sanctuary, for and hour I can fully focus on me. My needs. My mental health. My experience. Amanda intuitively knows where I’m at, I can sense this as soon as I enter the treatment room. I feel safe and heard and know the physiological and energetic effects this time has is, for me, worth the journey, part of my journey. I have been working with Ilaria on a naturopathy plan and cannot recommend her enough. She is caring, empathetic and i have enjoyed her support, she is a great listener. She takes a holistic approach when looking at individual needs and sends a thorough report with recommendations. I have found her approach so helpful and after following her advice, my health has significantly improved even within 4 weeks! Adam is a brilliant physio. He’s thorough in his assessment, spot on with his therapy, and gives you achievable self management exercises to get you back to it as quickly as possible! Having suffered with plenty of injuries over the years, I can honestly say after seeing Adam was the first time I have ever felt that I’ve actually ‘resolved’ injuries, and not just learned to live with them. His treatment has been a totally game changer for me. He’s a real credit to the L&L team and I would highly recommend him!

I had my first womb massage today with Kate. After having numerous failed IVF attempts, 4 miscarriages and a polyp removal surgery recently, I think my uterus has gone through quite a bit of trauma. I was recommended to Kate by a friend. Kate made my first treatment very comfortable and relaxing, I felt I could open up to her straight away. The massage was so soothing for me especially post surgery and felt quite uplifted post treatment. I look forwards to continuing my fertility journey with the help of Kate and hopefully I will get that positive pregnancy that I’ve been wishing for ❤️

Kimberly is wonderful, she really listens to you and tailors the treatment to suit your needs. I’ve had two massages with Kate now, and I was delighted she was able to accommodate my tricky needs of not being able to lie face down, and navigate round a huge bruise!
