    I’ve been bringing my Motability Caddy to you for about seven years. It’s always a hassle because I live the other side of Chesterfield and it means a reasonable trip requiring two vehicles there and back whilst dropping off and picking up. It wasn’t a problem when you offered a home collection service, but since this has stopped it is more difficult. I now have to fit in when my carer, dad or my partner has a day off to accommodate the trip with two of them. Otherwise wait until you have a hire car available. I’m extremely disappointed that when we bring my vehicle in for 9.30am for a simple MOT and a diagnostic appointment, it was just after 5pm that we were phoned to say it had passed the MOT, but needed a new part for the suspension, (which my partner had already pointed out when we arrived at 9.30am). This part needed to be ordered in and ANOTHER visit would be needed to fit it!!! I was angry that my vehicle obviously hadn’t been MOT’ed after it arrived, but left until later in the afternoon and the part only ordered then and not available. I now will have to arrange for somebody to spend their time bringing it over again which is extremely inconvenient and annoying to say the least. I don’t drive personally and with this being a Motability vehicle I’m sure you can understand the importance of this vehicle and I really don’t feel I’ve received the level of service I should have had.

    My last van came from these guys and I was trying to buy a new van. I was dealing with Luke and he was really good with calls and emails to start, when I said I wanted to progress with the order he stopped taking my calls (left 3 messages) and did not return emails. Clearly complementing someone on their great communication leads to no communication at all!! Completely baffled

    Today I had my van booked for 10am for service. Came on time dropped my car and I decided to wait at the reception. It’s been 4 hours, so I started walking around only to notice that my car wasn’t moved from the same spot. When I asked what’s going on I was told the car will be ready by midnight?!?!? I mean…..are they having a laugh?!?! I took my vehicle and left. Total time wasters. Will never book my vehicle with them again. Ever!!!!! I suggest that everyone else avoids them too.

    Hi I have just purchased a new crafter from Jct600 Sheffield. Darren Holmes who I dealt with from visiting the showroom last year to picking the van up Monday 14/3/22 was absolutely brilliant. He informed me step by step through the whole experience and was always on hand. ( THANKS DARREN!!). Really pleased with the new vehicle and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone.     Visited to test drive a car. The route taken on was the best test drive route I've ever driven covering all road types other than motorway - let's face it don't need to drive on a motorway with all the cameras nowadays. The car functions fully explained. No hard sell at all. Fair price offered for part exchange on my car. Perfect service to be had for sure. Worth a look if you want a new car or even second hand. Ample car parking spaces with disability parking available. Good website with filter's so your only looking at cars you want.

    Probably about the same as most main dealers. Bit expensive for servicing I feel. Had a corrosion problem with vehicle that I rather felt they could have picked up on 12 months ago before it became serious. Then took 4 working days to tell me they wouldn't be able to help fix it. Given we have spent 000's there over the years it would be nice to think that they might have even offered some advice.

    I dropped my van in on Thursday the 7th a lady rang and said they will need to order some parts for it so I could leave it there or take it and bring it back later then I said it will depends on how long they will keep it for. She said ok let me check and get back to u . I waited all day she never did . I rang them back on Friday morning to ask and they said all parts just came in so they will be working on it that Friday so hopefully by end of the day it should be ready . No phone calls from them on Friday and Saturday I rang back on Monday and they told me the only available date to fix it is 2 weeks time. What a disappointed . My question is why they never told me this is the 1st place ? Why different person telling me different story anytime I ring them

    Helen was really friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and her knowledge of the vehicle was extremely impressive, she talked us through every detail making sure we understood everything clearly. I was grateful from the second I walked into the dealership and left knowing I'd made the correct decision.

    Took my caddy in for oil service told it needed recall for software update, left after service with service information light still on and engine warning light now on. Told they would pick it up today 2 weeks after service between 9am and 10am I called them at 10.45 told they couldn’t do it today not enough drivers to collect it. I had to ring them. My husband and I are disabled and need our car. Not good at all. jCT have picked my car up at 9.45 this morning and returned it around 3 pm everything sorted thank you

    Untrustworthy in their dealings. Staff bare faced liars in particular Tim at Sheffield JCT VW Van Centre S9 . Slow timing, evasive. Don’t return calls promptly. Lying to warranty company. Non provision of information when requested by warranty company. Blaming warranty company for the delay in the repair. Not providing timely response to warranty company request for breakdown in parts and labour for repair. The van was there for one month duration and if we hadn’t complained I am sure it would still be there. As compensation they paid for MOT laughable really.

    Jct600 sheffield is a fantastic dealership the van centre is spotlessly clean and the whole team who work there are polite proffessional patient and understanding and the range of vehicles is nothing short of excellent. And i wouldnt hesitate to reccommend them to anyone who was looking for a new van or people carrier.

    Just ordered my van, having dealt with Darren Holmes in sales in the past I decided to return, glad I did as he answered all my questions and had all info I needed very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too trouble to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, I would definitely recommend talking to Darren when purchasing a new vehicle

    Normally I never have a problem with JCT600 Sheffield but I did this time. Lack of communication as to what was happening with my car was the issue. Why suggest something if you've never done that on a petrol vehicle before? Had to miss an appointment due to lack of transport. Will see what next year brings 😉

    Looking after my wellbeing Had need to call in at VW JCT 600 commercial van centre in Sheffield for add blue top up. At the same time got a free health check. It confirmed what I had already been told by a previous dealership, a diff oil leak and split EGR pipe. What I had not been told was that it may not be safe to drive. The tech working on my van expressed his concern about my wellbeing if I continued to drive the vehicle and the potential for exhaust fumes to enter the cab. Asked if I could wait they expressed a preference to replace the pipe there and then. BIG thankyou to Chloe & Jay for excellent customer service and looking after me.

    Vehicle came back with a dead bird wedged in the front grill (it was a vw transporter), this indicated the vehicle was driven at high speed for it to be wedged in as it was. I was and am not happy about that. It was a family member who noticed it as I just got passed the key through the door - due to covid precautions.

    This is a great company to do business with, highly recommend them. From receptionist right through to Sales executive, I dealt with a great guy called Tom, who really looked after me from start to finish, especially as i ordered on line from West Wales and this company is based in Sheffield, nothing was too much trouble, he ensured the car was in immaculate condition by sending me a video in advance and also throughout the whole process.

    Mobility vehicle was booked in for mot with pick up included from jtc 600. Never came for the car so rang jtc up to find out the vehicles hadn't been booked in & they don't do pick up or return..... really bad customers service! I don't recommend!

    Bought my VW Transporter from here and they couldn't have been more helpful. I dealt with Jack Baxter and he was extremely professional, explained everything and had everything arranged for the time I needed to collect my vehicle. The coffee wasn't bad either!! I would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and the Van centre in Sheffield to anyone wishing to buy a vehicle.

    Purchased our VW Transporter from this van centre in 2019. Due to a change in circumstances we had to sell it back to them. Andy Walker, the Showroom Manager made the entire process simple. He also handled the sale to us. He was professional throughout and all transactions were carried out in a timely manner.     We have just bought a new transporter with JCT600 VW Van Centre Sheffield. We actually have a Lookers VW van centre 5 miles from where we are based, however the customer service and after sales care is very poor, so we did travel from Teesside to Sheffield. The level of service we received from Darren Holmes was brilliant. From our first contact, to collecting the vehicle, he kept us informed at all times and all documentation was dealt with efficiency, ensuring that the collection and transfer went smoothly. Darren is a credit to your Company and we will definitely deal with him in the future.

    The centre carried out a thorough check and diagnosis, however the issue of apply car play distortion was not resolved due to some incompatible frequency discrepancy. This is disappointing on behalf of VW as it’s a known fault yet the facility is still available on the transporter. Both VW and Apple should be able to resolve this problem with some form of software update.
