Brought my wife to treat her to some nice/special Bra's. The staff were very helpful and professional. She went for a walk in fitting, which i suggested if treating to some nice special bra's let's make sure they perfect fitting. She said Naomi was very helpful in measuring and helping choose some bras. She was happy with the whole experience including the new bra's

I love this store!.. However, I did feel as though we were being followed by staff members, which made me uncomfortable. I took my 16 year old in here on Saturday to chose a few extras for Christmas. Unfortunately they did not have gift wrapping service. I come in quite often and always have gift wrapping. A little disspointing as there was not even any tissue for the bags. It is the little extras in stores like this which I love and unfortunately I just didnt enjoy my shopping experience on Saturday - the week before Christmas! The products are lovely however the store was not so lovely on this occassion

had a fantastic experience, me and my friends were struggling to find a product we wanted, many staff members asked us if we needed assistance. if i could i would write all the lovely ladies names, but two ladies in particular stood out to us both, olivia and sadie. lovely and supportive women, made out experience incredibly enjoyable. :))

Had a wonderful experience in this store! Was measured by Dianna and she took great care to make sure I got the bra that was right for me. I was very nervous about going in but every member of staff was lovely and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchases. Can't recommend this branch highly enough! A very nice large store for the girls ,Great selection of items in-store for the boys to admire ! I did purchase couple of fragrance mist sprays for Christmas presents & found the staff service @the tills very polite & helpful .

There's a lot of hype around VS, but personally, I think it's overrated. I don't like the dark shop and at the time I was shopping, it took me ages to find a member of staff when I needed help. Their bra sizing service isn't accurate. They definitely got my size wrong, and the bra I tried on in the size they said I was didn't even nearly fit! A lot of their products are overpriced for what they are.

Went today and asked about sizing. Was offered a bra fit there and then which I accepted, and then it was like having a personal shopper. Great experience, though I am not sure my other half would agree, as he waited for ages while I was brought lots of lovely things to try on!

Wow! This shop is amazing, lots of choice, lots of style some simply beautiful items to choose from. A little expensive but worth it for a treat.

I have been this place twice, the store itself is very large with a equally large amount of products and nice displays but the staff always seem to be preoccupied chatting in a huggle by the checkout and the ones that are available on the floor just seem to glare at you, at first I thought that it was because I am a guy but my partner has had the same experience. This might come across as a bit extra but what's going on with the lighting at the checkout? it feels more like I'm walking up to a moody bar than a checkout.. put some lights on and stop hiding in the dark 👍

Good sale items. My girls love their body sprays. We went shopping 27th July, my youngest daughter bought 2 PINK dance bra tops and spent a long time picking out her favourite spray......only to find when we got home, her spray wasn't in her bag, the cashier had not put it through. We live 1hr & 15mins away, so one upset teenager! Whole point of going into the shop was for this on the first place!! 😔 x

Never have the sizes I want whenever I have visited

My wife wanted some nice body sprays do that's why we went in but I had to come out cos the lights were so warm I had a rite dab on.😯

I was assisted by this kind lady named Diana, she was so welcoming and made me feel safe in the environment i was in, i honestly don’t think i have ever felt this welcomed and comfortable with a member of staff at a shop and in all honesty it wasn’t just Diana all the staff were smiling and always asked if you needed help just in case. And yes even though the prices are quite high the quality is up to standards. I hope this helped :)

i had a really nice time at this store. a male assistant helped find my size straightaway and there was a lovely girl sadie at checkout who went the little extra step to make a bit of small talk and smile and it really just made the experience. left the store happy to come back
