Good park. Staff are fantastic. Really helpful. It was my sons first time at a indoor skate park. Lots of nice people willing to show him a few tricks and give advice. Food is well priced and they have just refitted the cafe so they can offer a wider food choice. Free car parking. We paid for 3 hours which I thought would be plenty but ended up having to convince my son to leave even though he was shattered. 1 Hour Session - £4.00 2 Hour Session - £6.00 3 Hour Session - £7.00 4 Hour Session - £8.00 5 Hour Session - £9.00 All Day Session - £10.00 We will definitely be going back soon. Another visit today 3/1/21 and still a great venue. They have made some improvements on the ramps during lockdown. We had lunch there after seeing the prices on our last visit. I was surprised how good the burgers were. Cooked fresh and they make them from scratch tasted great and for £4 for burger and chips fantastic value. My son can't wait to go back again.

A great park in terms of layout. And, the coaches are fantastic if you take lessons. However for me personally, not always a park for beginners or novice skaters (such as myself), simply because when it's even slightly busy, there is nowhere really to go without being in the way of more intermediate or advanced skaters. It's intimidating as a novice sometimes. I wish there was a beginner/novice night for example (for adults). Unfortunately, there's no way of knowing if it's gonna be busy or not before you go, so always a bit of a lottery (for me). Sometimes I go there and literally walk straight out as I know it's too busy for me to be able to have any sort of meaningful session (at my level)!

Very friendly staff and good priced indoor skatepark. Ramps to suite all abilities. From the mini ramp area for the beginners to the Main Street plaza and the backroom concrete bowl. Shop has a good range of boards and parts for skating and even does some scooter stuff also. There’s a cafe inside doing good quality burgers and a few other options as well as teas and coffees.

Wow, What a place!!! 4ftmini followed by 3 x 4ft spines finishing with a wall ride, big flat ramp, big waterfall (where I had my biggest slam of the day) a rail and bumps, all constructed in wood.A junior's section with 1 and 2 ft drop in's to minis. The best part is a large concrete pool is out the back with 6 to 8ft drop in's. Urban art decor!! Nice viewing gallery at the top of the flat ramp to watch the action.Cafe and skate shop. The hourly rate is great value. A top indoor!!!

It was so incredibly creepy inside. The kids didn't want to look at the walls, never mind stay. Big things come off the wall at you and skulls and demonic things everywhere.

Amazing visit with a 5 year old. This space is super friendly and inclusive and we were treated with an arm around the shoulder from the 1st phone call to book. 1-2-1 coaching session with Oliver S on a Friday evening. Fully kitted us out and away with coach. Straight into the bowl. We loved every minute and will be back. Safe, easy to park, loads of room to learn. Hard recommend

Parks mint, had it rented out with a few mates it's lots of fun, especially when you have it to yourself. The regular sessions sometimes get a bit crowded but that's just indoors for you. Fun park overall

Great Skatepark charging fair prices and running amazing projects to support the local community. You guys are a valuable company and we travel far just to use your park.

We had a birthday party for our 9yr old daughter, with party goers aged 4 to 9. They all had the most fun! Whilst not every kid felt confident enough to skate, they took their scooters and went wild. The coach JP was patient and helped the kids attempt their first skates. The food was excellent - beef burgers from Whirlow Farm and the guy cooking got 17 of us fed in good time. All 3 of the guys working were brilliant and the kids loved it! Thanks!

My son had his first skateboarding lesson this evening with Eden and absolutely loved it, said he wants to go every day. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, equipment that he used was great. Thank you!

Completely disappointing as a new person arriving to the park after travelling over an hour and a half, to have the first impression being spoken down to regarding the use of wax at the park by a member of staff after a short while of being there. To be told that ‘The rules haven’t changed for the last 25 years’ in a hostile manner to someone unaware of this specific rule is extremely unprofessional as no where on the website is this rule mentioned and I would suggest to the owners to not only take this feedback on board to not treat any future new customer this way, but to also keep your website updated with your unchanged ‘rules of 25 years’. The rule itself anyone can respect, but a hostile response to someone being unaware of this will not be. Do better.

Great inclusive state park with pay as you go lessons and a place to buy fresh coffee. Old warehouse. Bit chilly for parents sitting watching for an hour. Take thermals! Staff are wonderful. The kids love it.

First visit with a 12 year old skater. Super friendly staff, fantastic communication and very flexible. Great variety of ramps to suit everyone. Staff are on hand at all times to help. Within 2hrs we had booked to go again at The skate hang out (holiday club 11am-4pm). We will back again in the summer. Also there is free parking on site. Thank you to everyone from Precious

I hate wooden parks BUT this is the greatest skatepark I've ever been. The wood is grippy not slippy. The staff are amazing and 100% skaters, the various different se riots and ramp styles are great and the prices are great. Seriously amazing park. Please go support them and get down to the park ❤️

A skater newbie. Went yesterday and the staff were really friendly and welcoming and 2 of the attendees gave us some tips for our rollerskating which was so nice! :) Would be cool to have a larger area where you can skate a bit more without getting in peoples way but I understand it's a skate park not a rink.

Brought my 6 year old here for only two lessons so far and his progress is amazing. The staff are fantastic, super friendly. He's has JP as a teacher so far and he's been so wonderful with him. My son LOVES it and doesn't want the lessons to end. Can't rate it highly enough. Will keep bringing my son for sure and will purchase a skateboard from them in the coming weeks as well. Thanks for giving my little lad such a happy experience!

A great place for the kids to experience skateboarding. The staff are helpful and attentive and were great with the kids. I had to travel around 60 miles to get there which was well worth it and will do it again. Thanks Amber for giving the kids the confidence to make the most of skateboarding.
