I really have no words, apart from I wasted 45 minutes of my time driving there and back. I walked out thinking, I guess they are closing down and just leaving things to rot away, including the fish! I hope the owner reads this and reaches out to someone who can help.

I have just had a pond installed by D H Water Gardens, they had great ideas on the look of it as well as taking into account our ideas. The men who came to complete the pond, worked hard and were very polite and courteous. As my brother and myself are physically disabled, they bent over backwards to help give us a low maintenance pond. We would like to thank all of them for the excellent job they have done, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a pond installed. J Colley

Excellent. The best advice ever. Following their advice (Paul) our pond was turned from green ( so you couldn't see we even had fish) to crystal clear in 4 days. Their plants are the best I have seen. And there is a very pleasant cafe on site

I don’t understand the last review of Michael D’Alson. I have been dealing with DH Watergardens for 35 years and I have always had first class service. His review is highly personal and offensive and I would like to know, what made him make such comments. It seems that some people choose to hide behind a keyboard, rather than dealing with their issues. To suggest someone needs help after a visit to a business, is bizarre.

I’m afraid this water garden was a great disappointment to me. Plant selection was limited with many plants dead or dying. Some troughs had dried out hence leading to the dying plants.The troughs the plants were kept in had obviously not been cleaned for ages and those which had not dried out were full of blanket weed and algae. This would have transferred to your pond at home if you had not spent a lot of time cleaning the plants before introducing them to your pond. The plants were also very expensive especially considering the condition most were in. I may be wrong, because I did not hang around too long, but the main focus of the business now seems to be a mini golf course which is adjacent to the plant area.

Fish were in awful condition, many dead and half decomposed. Tank waters were filthy. Only healthly looking fish were the carps in the pond. Really poor sight to see.

We wanted to build our own pond from scratch. We got great advice and everything we needed. I couldn’t get everything in the car and they offered to deliver for free the next day. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I would describe the quality of live product here as poor, and it's very expensive compared to similar shops. Friendly staff but not overly knowledgeable when enquiring about pond plants.

We have used this aquatics shop a few times for our pond project and I'm happy to recommend. Really friendly, helpful team who gave us novices a lot of advice. Fish were in excellent condition and are thriving. Plants have done well also. Some items are on the more expensive side (thinking here of decorative stones for pond edging) but then, everything has been good quality so maybe it's a case of you get what you pay for!
