Eclectic shop! Fantastic. It’s really hard to walk out of here and not make a purchase or two. Upstairs has art, photography and some crafts. Downstairs has cards, prints, foods, beanies, socks, household - mugs, magnets, coasters… A gift for everyone. Superb

We have just been in this shop and the sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly , sorry I didn’t get his name but he sorted out our gifts and even bubble wrapped them as we will be heading home with these gifts to Edinburgh. I would definitely recommend a visit to this shop. The H&W plant holder looks amazing and we are looking forward to setting that up in our garden in Edinburgh John & Carol

Some nice things from local artists but not much variety when looking for gifts and fairly expensive.

Enjoyed walking around this store in Central Belfast, new to me, it's all about the Fun and Beauty of Ulster/Belfast, nicknacks, funny signs/sayings, fantastic photographs and paintings of famous Ulster scenes, Teatowls with Ulster "in mind".

A great gift shop for locals and tourists have picked up many gifts for family and even myself. The candles and H&W crane stuff is great and other gifts are quite funny themed around Derry Girls and Father Ted

Good shop full of handmade quirky items. It's a gift shop that isn't tacky, yes it may be a bit expensive but the stuff in their is unique. It is definitely worth a visit for a look around.

Great little shop for Irish and Northern Irish gifts and homewares. I always like going in and getting presents for my siblings who live abroad to give them a taste of home. Very friendly staff also!

Fantastic shop on Belfast for some high quality and imaginative gifts. Some really beautiful artwork as well as little quirky things. Staff are friendly and shop is well laid out and not too crowded. The gifts are stylish and not tacky.

High quality, great value gifts! I love their crew socks! I will often go in to this shop for a gift for a friend or family member, and will always come out with bits for myself! Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Belfast, or anyone living here who hasn’t managed to pop in before!

Cute shop with clever souvenirs and original art. Worth stopping by if you're looking for an unconventional souvenir or something more unique. Reasonable price point too!!

A quirky, artsy, heartfelt alternative to Carroll’s for interesting Irish souvenirs. They try hard to acknowledge the duality of identity in Northern/The North of Ireland and to do it with both humor and good taste.

I dont leave many reviews, but i was so impressed with these guys. We had a faulty product which we only realised when we got home, and their customer service was phenominal! Quickly replaced with a wee treat too! I will certainly remember this experience and be coming back! This shows how much they care about looking after their customers and truly deserve this 5 stars. Thank you ❤️

To the incredible team at We Are Born and Bred, I just wanted to write and say “thank you” so very much for taking the time to deliver above—and—beyond customer service. My husband and I were only able to make it to Belfast for a short afternoon, but we cannot wait to return again, and your kindness set the tone for a beautiful experience during our adventures in Belfast. We accidentally stumbled upon The Jailhouse and were blown away by the creativity and twists & turns that it offered, which is why we wanted to have a keepsake to bring home with us. And for you all to not only order one of the storefront prints, but also to package it up so thoughtfully and have it shipped via DHL so that we could get it in our hands before we fly back to The States just perplexes me. I wish that we could bottle up your customers service and kindness and take it with us to The States, but we will have exactly that once we hang the print in our home, every time we look at it!

Nice little shop. Full of gifts made in Northern Ireland. Perfect place to buy a gift for my parents wedding anniversary.

Great shop with some fabulous homeware, clothing, gifts, & artwork for sale by local creatives. Customer service, both in store and online, was fantastic. I ordered a couple of items from the website and selected an old delivery address in error (entirely my fault). Without hesitation, the guys resent a brand new order free of charge to my new address. Will definitely be purchasing more unique 'Norn Iron' gifts from here in future!

Fantastic service from Dearbhail. Had ordered a card for a birthday. Received the wrong card. Accidents happen. But she managed process really well and got me a replacement which arrived the next day. Along with a couple of coasters by way of apology! Victory snatched from the jaws of defeat!! Thanks

A great place to get that " wee something" for someone who is proud to be Norn Iron. Always an enjoyable visit.

I really liked this place for gifts.. some of it is pretty usual souvenir type stuff. The nicer items (like the Belfast cranes) are pretty expensive for what they are, but I was happy to pay thinking it was supporting local artists. It’s pretty galling to see this company and similar, dish out freebies to low tier social media influencers, when they charge so much to repeated customers. I won’t be shopping here while they market themselves this way.

Very friendly and accommodating staff create a cosy atmosphere in which to enjoy the excellent locally created art and produce on offer. We came home with one beautiful rural Irish painting and I'm already planning to go back to pick up a couple gifts for people. Classy wee shop.
