Bought fish here during lockdown. .assistant was very helpful. Went in couple of weeks ago with my grandson. The young fellow showed no interest in us at all. He was actually writing some down. Never even looked up. When he eventually did I asked couple of simple questions. Just I dnt know. Asked for some fish at 3 to 4 inches. He was giving me 6 or 7 inch which were 5 times the price . Hadn’t a clue , not even a thank u . I wil go elsewhere from now On. Spent abt £80

called into today, to see what they gad in stock.surprised to find alot there and answered a few queries i had. Staff are very helpful.all in to see them, you won't disapointed.

I called in for advice on pipe sizes for a totally unrelated use. Mark was extremely helpful and gave loads of advice. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make a purchase on this occasion but hopefully I will be back. Definitely very helpful and recommended.

Really nice shop, parking outside and knowledgeable staff. Lovely selection of fish for home aquarium but show shoppers is the amazing selection of koi! We don't have a pond but they look amazing! Buy some food for £1 and marvel at these beauties! Or dig a pond and go for it! We went back and got some fish for our aquariums and really helpful staff and lovely selection of fish. Really worth a visit.

So far so good, I recently purchased a Nexus 320+, bead filter, UV light, air pump and a declorinator from Clearly Aquatics from their online site for my soon to be constructed Koi pond. Soon after Mark contacted me to inform me that there was a newer model of the K1 micro bead due in and was I willing to wait for it.I thought that this was a great gesture he also informed me that they had a lot of pond equipment that they did not have on their website which was great to here, as I would otherwise have to purchase them from England as I live in Ireland. Mark also offered his advice if if I ever required it. Nice one Mark, I will be in contact shortly for two bottom drains and a skimmer.And when the day final comes some Koi.

Very helpful staff with good knowledge. Great selection of aquarium, pond fish and equipment. I only Popped in for a few goldfish for the pond, but there is a Large choice of pond fish from the humble goldfish to lovely Koi and every thing inbetween.

Hey very disappointed, all my fish have died now. I had brought a dead fish back to yous and a sample of water and the only thing you said was a concern was the pH levels of my pond. You never told me the fish had 'fin rott' , so it was a waste of money buying the kh product as the fish would die anyway. This also means the fin rott came from the batch of fish I bought from yous. As my original two fish were not sick until a few weeks after introducing the new fish. And they had lived healthy for a year in the pond before your fish. Very deceitful
