Beautifully presented food and ok taste (not incredible but good) service is great. Decor is a bit different. Pleasant experience. There’s a vegan menu :)

On entering the restaurant it is cosy and welcoming, the decor has a definite mark of someone with a distinct and unique taste and it works for me. The staff are friendly and the service excellent. We visited lunch time on a cold Saturday mid winter and it was fairly busy with what seemed to be a regular clientele. I had the cod fillet which was excellent and my wife had the salted chilli chicken which she highly rated, all washed down with a nice little vino Verde. Thoroughly recommend the restaurant, I will certainly be a regular visitor.

Been wanting to go here for ages and it didn't disappoint. Food was superb. Good selection of drinks, even the Guinness was good.

We brought my mother in law on Friday evening for birthday dinner everything from start to finish was amazing.. The greeting when we arrived the staff all so friendly and helpful the service was brilliant. The food was outstanding. The restaurant was so bright and spotless and beautifully designed. We where also here again last night for my nephews birthday so after Fridays experience I was so looking forward to it as a big party of 18 the staff again did not fail the service was great. And they really looked after us such a friendly place with a great atmosphere and again our food was outstanding.. Thank you to all the staff.. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic. Delicious food, lovely staff. Decor might not be to everyone's taste but a little VinSanto with dessert more than makes up for anything! Wonderful... Plus - you never know who you might bump into!! 😉

When I go out for a Sunday dinner I love ordering pork belly as this is something I wouldn’t make at home. I was really disappointed in what I got. It was pure fat with barely any meat. Worse, the fat wasn’t crispy or rendered so it was inedible too. I never bad leave reviews but it was genuinely the worst pork belly I’ve ever had. I told the waitress who advised she could talk to the chef but “that’s what I ordered”. Been here before and liked it. Will not be back and would not recommend. Such a shame.

This was a fantastic experience! It was our first time here after lots of good recommendations. The service was impeccable and we were so delighted when my wee Mum was given a complimentary glass of fizz for her birthday- how lovely of you! The waitress was kind to a grumpy teenager and he commented on how he really loved it and would want to come back! The food was delicious and we will return soon. Thanks!!

How lovely to see a class restaurant in my local area. I have had a few meals here and have not been disappointed in any way. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options. Oh my goodness what a gem in Finaghy. The menu choice wonderful. Staff attentive without over the top intrusive! As a diner with dietary issues I was blown away how helpful they were. Nothing was a problem. The only problem was dithering about this review as I am telling everyone how fabulous Millar's is. Shuuu keep this to yourself do you too can experience this fabulous place

A lovely wee gem with a fabulous menu and great wine. Loads of cocktails but I didn't try them...not my thing. Staff are very friendly and helpful 🙂

Was here on Friday 20/1/23 for husband’s birthday. Absolutely outstanding, food was amazing from start to finish . Great wine selection and reasonably priced , great cocktail menu can definitely recommend the P⭐️ & Espresso Martinis. The staff were friendly and accommodating the service was fantastic… This place is definitely worth a visit cant find one fault… if I could give 6 stars i would have..

Loved it. Fascinating menu, with the expected standards like a Sunday Roast balanced with things like wood pigeon and roast aubergine with blue cheese. Just perfect service and a strong wine list. It's almost made better by being in Finaghy of all places. Brilliant!

6 adults for a Thursday evening meal - staff are super welcoming - the restaurant was reasonably busy so service was a tiny bit slow. Starters were good if a little small - mains were excellent generally though I found one or two flavours too many on my plate - I'd describe it like they are trying too hard.

We had a party for 8 here on Friday night. Our first time there and we where all really happy with our choice to book here,we regularly go out as a group for food and have a fair knowledge of what is out there. Millars offering was right up at the top end on presentation,taste atmosphere and service,a lovely polite and very helpful waitress called Anna helped us all night. The wine menu was delicious and matched our food perfectly,I honestly couldn't fault it and would highly recommend millars for event you might have . Thanks for a wonderful full evening and we will happily come back for more of the same

French bistro in the suburbs. Wood pidgeon, red wine jus followed by chocolate sphere and mango. Brilliant. Serving staff are professionals.

Our second time here. Even though I was tired the food really did strike me as first class. In these difficult times we have to be careful with our money , as its hard earned. Cuisine as good as the Culloden Hotel., . Staff were efficient and down to earth. If I was looking to impress a client I'd bring them there / this business will get booked out.so be it. We had a great Easter Sunday meal. The staff were very attentive, particularly when we asked for food not on the menu to make sure our autistic son could have a meal. Food was excellent. We will be back.

Excellent meal and the staff were lovely. Great choice of gins and vodkas plus a short but we'll chosen wine list. This includes a more than decent desert wine at a very reasonable price. I'm looking forward to numerous return visits to eat my way through the menu.

We had a meal at Millar's recently and I was really impressed. The meal was outstanding and each plate showed a lot of care and attention to detail. The service was also excellent and the restaurant itself is beautiful. This is a very special place. I can't wait to go back!

Went with family group, 7 adults, 5 kids. Overall, good was good with some really nice touches and flavours. Service a little disappointing and bread starter awful. Duck mains a little disappointing but kids meals, chicken mains and steak all won fulsome praise
