Darin and his team were nothing short of exceptional when it came to supplying 8 high standard apartments for our production. They shown dedication, time and effort when it came to providing appropriate accommodation for my colleagues. The apartments were bright, modern and very clean. Situated only minutes walk from the city centre they have both the location and comfort factor. I would work alongside Darin and his team again in heartbeat.

Trying to charge a £250 damages fee but they don't tell you this after booking so we're left with a fee we didn't agree too, regardless of it being returned after the stay 250 ontop of the price of apartments is ridiculous, especially when you're not told about it!. They also ignore messages, emails and calls when trying to sort out any issues.

We stayed here to get away from everything during Christmas. Penthouse is with great views of Belfast city and Belfast hills. Penthouse is pretty clean and followed disinfectant cleaning as well. Spacious bedrooms and well equiped kitchen with open plan. Balcony was great too which you can have morning tea enjoying the sunrise. Host Darin is a great guy and really helpful. Would definitely return soon.

A host that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and informed. The meet and greet was fantastic. The apartment is stylish, clean, and well stocked. Location is ideal - lots of cafes, pubs, and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back.

Fabulous Appartments and very spacious the host were very welcoming and showed us all the amenities of the property. The apartment was of very high spec and very modern. Great location just a short walk to all the amenities, will definitely stay again!!

Excellent experience at the Belfast apartments. Hospitality is top drawer, Darin , Ray and his team have been fantastic and I've had the opportunity to stay in a number of different apartments all of the same high quality standard.

We stayed in one of the apartments for a weekend. It was absolutely first class, the place was well finished & extremely clean. The views were absolutely exceptional, Darin from Belfast Penthouse & Apartments was extremely helpful & a genuinely nice guy. Looking forward to staying again! Ciaran

I've stayed at these apartments numerous time for business and subsequently used them when on holiday with my family. The quality and value for money is 2nd to none. The apartments are large and spacious and centrally located for enjoying all Belfast and the surrounding areas bave to offer. Nice touches such as the secure underground parking , lift to take the pain out of lugging the cases to the apartment are all welcome extras Darin and Ray can't do enough to facilitate a trouble free stay and I look forward to more normal times so I can visit again.

Great apartments spotless roomy close to resturants...

Great apartment in a fantastic location just off Botanic avenue, loads of good bars and restaurants nearby. Darin and Ray were very helpful throughout our trip.

I have stayed at these apartments many times and cannot recommend them enough. They are beautifully looked after, stylish, spacious, spotless, safe and secure, great value, in a great location and the service every time is outstanding. The extra touches of Tayto crisps and a bottle of chilled prosecco make me smile every time I visit! I have stayed with friends, family and on my own (I was very well looked after, and made to feel very safe). I can't wait to book my next stay - and have recommended these apartments to everyone I know!

These are private residential apartments - NOT for the purpose of short term lets by Ultra Urban. Parking spaces are also privately owned - you can not park anywhere you please, however, the management have refused to number the spaces. If a visitor parks in my allocated and privately owned space, it will be my pleasure to have them towed.

KEEP AWAY FROM THAT PLACE! TOTAL SCAM!! They are not a real agency! We booked 2 months in advance, they needed full payment upfront and also confirmed our booking!! Then they wanted a deposit of 250 pounds and a lot of personal information including pictures of passports of everyone staying. Even though we did everything there is NO KEY in the key safe!! There's no one to reach in an emergency! We are 4 adults and a toddler stranded abroad. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE AGENCY!

Apartment was clean and in a perfect location! rented it for my partners birthday and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even with us changing our booking in time 3 times Darin went above and beyond to make our stay easy and hassle free couldn’t recommend enough!

The host was really hospitable, he took the time to explain everything to us and he even left cleaning supplies as well as welcome snacks! He was always responsive and available to answer any questions. The apartment was well equipped, as a family of 4 we stayed there for almost 3 weeks comfortably. Central location, close to CBD and the train station (Botanic). Great if you want to be around town or Queens University. Very warm and spacious living area.
