Booked in for a tyre change. Staff were friendly and job done quick. No issues with service. No reflection on the staff with this, but lost a star because it looked quite run down. I know garages aren't know for their appearance but it makes a nicer environment for staff and customers if they have pleasant facilities to use/wait in.

Ordered 4 winter tyres that were meant to be fitted through ATS's Mobile Fitter on collection from ATS Aberdeen. First appointment was for a week ago and got cancelled on the day. Took a day off work today for the re-book between 0800hrs and 1200hrs today and waited in. Rang at 1300hrs and spoke to a guy who said he knew nothing as he's normally in the Ellon branch, he told me to ring Black Circles. Black Circles rang the fitter who said ATS Aberdeen had fitted my tyres that I paid for 10 days ago now to another vehicle so there was nothing to collect. Neither ATS Aberdeen or the ATS fitter had the decency to give me a shout to let me know and iv lost a days pay as I'm self employed. In all of this the roads out there are worst they have been for years and iv been let down twice, with the second time sitting in all day whilst a customer who didn't order tyres is driving round with mine. Absolute shambles, please beware of this branch.

Second appointment to get a service, first was supposed to be a sit and wait but when arrived told that a service would take all day. Due to my job I could not wait all day. So made my second all day appointment prepared to wait. When I called 6 hours later they told me it was ready but full service was not carried out because it was only 5000 miles since last service. Wrong it was 13000 miles which if service history was checked then would be apparent. So yet another day wasted travelling to Aberdeen. When I got in the car the seat was filthy, obviously no cover put on before dirty overalls got into the car. Bonnet prop was also left loose to rattle in engine bay. Overall pretty poor service and attitude.

Wouldn't normally leave a review but was pretty happy with the service I got. I went in for 2 front tyres + wheel alignment check having already booked it online. They were very clear about what they were doing and took me to see the wheel alignment before and after it was sorted just so I was confident with what they had done. They all seemed pretty sound and it went smoothly.

11.06.2021. 11.30am. Went in this morning and asked if they sold caravan tyres? Was told “Not something they stock and would have to order. Try Kenway Tyres. I said that I was in no hurry and could wait. They said it would be a hassle to do try Kenway Tyres. I Said I would not need to take caravan in would just be the rims. Again try Kenway Tyres. Then left and went to Sillet Tyres in Aberdeen 2 minutes later tyres ordered fitting Monday. Business must be booming before they can just turn customers away. Not even an attempt to see if he could source the tyres.

I had my tracking done and then went for a drive, I was very happy with the result. I was also very happy with the staff's service.

Went for tyre repair but only could be seen day after with a fast puncture I had to try and get fixed that day so service seemed OK but had to go elsewhere but when called to cancel appt they were very nice it seems only 1 Bay was open maybe due to covid rules can't say anything bad about that so 3 stars only because I never got job done but staff were great.

Good prices, a quick & easy ordering/booking process and a pleasant bunch of guys.
