    Incredibly unhelpful, sexist and rude gentlemen who find it highly amusing to mock 'non professionals' when asking for help with a particular type of finish. Don't bother.

    Excellent customer service and super friendly, helpful staff. We couldn’t get the exact thing we wanted and they went out of their way to offer some great (better!) options for us. Very happy. Will be back!

    I have to say a massive THANK YOU !! the customer service here is above and beyond. We had a lovely lady called Mel help us today, nothing was to much trouble she took the time to go over everything we needed. And I felt more confident to tackle the job at hand after Mels advice 100% recommend this place thanks again we will definitely use this store again. A very happy customer .

    Highly discriminational management. Discraged by how management treats people with disabilities. Most racist company to work for. work colleagues are the best people to work with just a shame the way management force disabled people out of the company who legally don't have to mention there conditions but get forced to.
