    Lots of choice, andastaff helpful picking lights, but staff do not answer the phone or call back even if you leave message and Tel. Number. Had lights on order but shop never called so after numerous calls to answer phone went over but shop closed on Easter Saturday tho website showed open. Went back over the following week to be told they had been sent to head office by mistake! Why couldn't they have phoned me. It cost nearly £8 in tunnel fees to eventually get them to courier the lights to us. Very frustrating. Hence the low score. If you want to shop here try phoning the shop to see if they answer your calls first, incase you have issues with your order.

    There is space outside for two cars for approximately two hours. There are lots of items on display and an abundance of catalogues to look through. The shop says there's a sale where everything must go to enable them to close for refurbishment. The prices are fairly expensive however, it is a large building premises in town so no doubt comes with hefty bills. It's worth a visit if you're in the area.

    Item not as described on website, terrible customer service, emails ignored, I returned the item months ago & they still haven't refunded me! I phoned and they took my number but still no call & no refund! Cowboys, do not buy from here!

    One star for horrific device. I Order 15 lights and only received 12 lights. One after a week has already gone faulty it randomly turns off and on. I called them up and spoke to Martin, he denied everything and was unable to help. I'm now left with a half finnish project! I do not recommend dealing with this company!

    Placed an order 21 January advised of 2-3 day delivery , that came and went and nothing received . Sent a couple of emails no response then called to be advised they would look into and call me back . No call back , called again a few days later only to be advised goods were sent by parcelforce on 28 January . I advised nothing received and got a response ‘ I’ll check with the warehouse and call you back ‘ two weeks on no call back and despite sending two emails and leaving voicemails in the last few days I’m still awaiting a call back as I’ve since sourced the light I wanted from another company who turned their order round in less than a week so want to cancel my order and get a refund . As for this company it’s the worst service I’ve ever come across , avoid this company! I’m now starting to think I will never get my money back although I will keep trying over the next couple of days

    Utterly appalling and exactly the same experience of no after sales service just lies, lies, lies. There is only one call handler, "Martin" who seemingly knows nothing, he has no contact it seems with his boss Sunil Anand, don't buy from here.

    Ordered a light from here 3 weeks ago after paying an electrion to fit it found the globe attachment was too small. Sent multiple emails that were all ignored, called multiple times always being told my call would be returned, it never was. Waited 2 weeks for a replacement to be sent that never arrived. When I asked for a refund as I was now sick of waiting I was told I had to return they faulty item then wait for a refund. After reading other reviews it seems as though that refund won't be coming. Do not order from here they are awful I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money and time.

    Ordered light fittings 7th Nov. Was told delivery in 2-3 days. Sent them an email on 16th Nov asking when I’ll be receiving the goods. No response. Called them and was given the Hermes Tracking number which shows no change in movement since 9th Nov. It’s now the 20th Nov and I’ve given up hope. I’ve asked them to send a new shipment or I’ll contact my credit card co and report them to trading standards. If you charge a customer £6.95 to ship a couple of tiny pieces of trim and then use Hermes to cut costs you only have yourselves to blame when they go missing.

    This is an outrageous service, ordered a floor lamp and only the shade arrived, rang the shop several times but weren’t accommodating, they don’t answer phone and when they do they don’t follow things through which means you have to ring them back, I’m starting a dispute now, never been so disappointed in my whole life, trading standards should look into this, something not right with this business.

    Featured on "Rip-off Britain" Watch Rip-off Britain (02/05/2022 9:15-10:00 BBC1) and this company featured prominently for failing to address complaints and repeatedly breaking GDPR by posting personal details about customers that leave negative reviews on TrustPilot. Awful company. Just look at all their negative reviews on TrustPilot. Speaks for itself!!! Posting customers address, contact, payment details all on public fourms! Avoid this company (both Lancashire Lighting & LightingCentre) avoid

    4 weeks of wasted time & nerves! On 23rd February I placed an online order via Lancashire Lighting's (LL) website for a Table Lamp - I had beforehand asked via their website chat function if the Lamp in question was in stock and was told that one Lamp remained in stock. On their "Delivery And Carriage Charges" page they claim to ship to Ireland. That page claimed (and still does!) that LL aim for next day delivery and that an email would be sent when they dispatch the item with a tracking number. Four days later on 26th February I received an email from Trust Pilot asking me to rate LL. I then sent an email to LL asking if the item had been dispatched yet. On 27th February I received a reply email from LL stating that "... we are unable to ship to you as our couriers are currently not delivering to Ireland"! I was asked if I have an eBay account. On 1st March, via a combination of website chat, email and phone call, LL clarified that I should place a dummy order via eBay, which I did and which would generate an order number which would allow them to send the Lamp via eBay's Global Shipping Programme. After delivery of the Lamp I would be refunded for the eBay dummy order. For the next 8 days I was bombarded by emails from eBay telling me the delivery status - they did everything but that, but that's another story! Finally on 9th March the Lamp arrived - badly damaged, wouldn't work, therefore unusable! I informed LL about the damage via email with photos on the same day and asked for a refund for my online order with LL and the dummy eBay order! To shorten this review, after numerous email exchanges with LL I finally got their refund on 16th March. After further email ping pong for several days, on 23rd March LL finally made me aware that I had to initiate the eBay refund, which I did on the same day. Finally on 24th March the refund via eBay was credited to my Bank account to bring this 4 week long nightmare transaction to an end! Nothing went smoothly from LL's side - I had to push every tiny step costing me time and nerves. As I indicated earlier, LL's website page for "Delivery And Carriage Charges" is still unchanged - beware if you live in Ireland and want to place an online order directly with them. Also the Table Lamp of which they only had one left on 23rd February, appears to be still available on their website today with the remarks "Business as usual - We aim to dispatch this product same day". In summary - never again with this outfit!

    Looked everywhere for outdoor lighting. Could have saved time just visiting here. 20mins, found just the right lights. Ordered them, they were there in 2 days. Great..

    Absolutely appalling it's been 5 weeks since I ordered a lamp shade, no refund & the customer service is by the same person on the phone, who is rude and hasn't delt with my complaint. Then gave me a mobile number for his Team Leader & for the past 2 weeks ,surprise surprise no answer!!!!!

    Can I put 0 stars? Awful service! Ordered £250 worth of lights and received a back pack instead. Chasing around to see how this has happened. This company has done nothing about it. Now they hang up. Awful company! Don’t use! Shame I can’t put 0 stars
