Absolutely wonderful place. Everyone can not do enough for you. Also recommend to try the Cross Keys at Stow - which is without doubt one of the best dinners I’ve ever had.

This was a lovely place for our long weekend break,,, a change of scenery. The welcome we received was lovely,, great friendly hosts,,, always got time to chat to you and full of information. Also,,, when we arrived, the front door was already open,,, how very welcoming. Breakfast,,, all freshly cooked for you,,, nothing was too much trouble at all,,, and beautiful. We shall be visiting again 🙂

This old house is beautiful inside and out. Our four booster bed room was spacious and clean, with good heating in early Nov. 2023. The bathroom is modern with good hot water pressure and choice of shower heads.

Lovely guesthouse. The owner was really friendly and looked after me well. I was on an overnight stop on a bikepacking trip and the outdoor courtyard room was perfect for me to access with the bike. Nice room but knocked off a star for the pillows - a little thin for me. Breakfast the next day was superb - continental and cooked. Perfect fueling!!!

Fantastic owners and a lovely property. I'd absolutely recommend staying here for a good night's sleep and that personal service you won't get at a big chain.

A pleasant, well run guesthouse. Very clean and tidy rooms. My room, in the main building, wasn't the biggest but was well laid out and fine for an overnight stay. My sister was staying in the annex where the rooms are much larger and could be fairly described as apartments. The breakfast was simple but clearly well prepared and very tasty, portion size was as much or as little as you wanted. Plenty of off road parking, pub within comfortable walking distance which, I'm told, does very good food in the evening though not every day of the week.

Fantastic place. Very nice family run guest house. Stayed for 2 night whilst working at the show ground and couldnt have asked for more. Room was all we needed and breakfast was perfect. See you again next year 👍

Not actually stayed as yet but we are booked to stay next year for my son's wedding. We visited to check out the accommodation and we're happy with it. Roll on next July when we will be able to do a better review. Graham showed us round and appeared friendly and welcoming.

Lovely couple who are very chatty and friendly, love dogs which are welcome. My room was overlooking a busy road which I found noisy, and as the weather was so warm I had to keep the window open, which unfortunately didn't open much. I did have a small fan in my room which I had to keep on all night, but it was far too warm for me and my dog In future If I was to return, I'd ask for a stable room which were bigger and separate from the main b&b. Breakfast choice was varied and cooked to order. Plenty of parking

Wonderful family run dog friendly guest house. John, Judy and Graham are warm, friendly and welcoming. I stayed for two nights with my two dogs, in the annex, where we had plenty of room. My dogs and I received a warm welcome, with great advice on local walks for dogs. The breakfast is awesome. Thank you so much. See you again soon.

Wonderful place, very clean, very well furnished, everything you need. Owners most friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast second to none, lots of choice all fresh and beautifully presented. Not rushed at breakfast to finish off and get out. Such a pleasure to stay and would recommend this to anyone. Thank you for a brilliant stay. Sheila and Steve Looker. PS would you like to swap cars? Probably not, but at least I could pretend that beautiful Mazda was ours for a night given it was parked outside our room.

Attention to detail is second to none here. Brilliant wi fi, spacious, clean and friendly. Real home from home. The owner is fantastic at breakfast, real full English that was delicious. Cromwell suite is amazing.

A really nice guest house within easy reach of Lincoln city and the glorious countryside. A great breakfast is also on offer with a wide range of cereals or cooked breakfast.
