Went to get surprise fish for my husband's tank. The staff were knowledgeable. Plenty to look. We were happy with our purchase.

Me and my partner visited Tunnel Aquatics today after traveling to many of aquarium stores struggling to find what we was after. Upon arrival we was greeted with a warm welcome, and pointed in to the right direction to exactly what we was after, plus loads more. I’d recommend a trip to this shop to anyone in the hobby even if it’s abit of a drive in my opinion it’s well worth it And once again brilliant customer service! Will be returning 100% :)

Very freindly staff, knowledgeable and as a first time customer I was pleasantly surprised by their great selection of fish and equipment even for an experienced keeper. Also an amazing selection of koi, fish food, filtration and aquascaping materials. Overall well worth a ride out will definitely be back again

Excellent customer service, great variety of species, that you normally won't find in other fish store. Frank was exceptional and when he realised it was our first time in the store he gaves extra attention , showing where everything were. Visited the store on Monday with my daughter and the conversation was good. There knowledge was so good and we will definitely be recommending to other people. We will be going ourselves again soon and was suprised when you put your hand in the arowana tank to show us it’s bite. There is such a wide variety off fish what we don’t normally see anywhere else. A very good independent aquatics shop with friendly knowledgeable staff. A good selection of tropical fish with some unusual species if you want something a bit different.

An excellent store for your fish keeping needs, has fish, plants, different types of wood/rocks for indoor tanks, and also caters for outdoor ponds. Staff have years of experience & are able to offer advice. The price is also very reasonable.

Got some big fish and got them home to learn they grow massive. The next day I asked them if it was ok to exchange them for something else and they did. Brilliant service and very helpful

Absolutely fabulous so helpful we needed a new UV filter and a new pump .It had to fit with our existing system .All fitted perfectly and we now have a completely clear pond .We would not hesitate to recommend

We visited because my daughter asked for a tropical tank for her birthday. The staff were so friendly and the member of staff that helped use decide on the best tank was so Knowledgeable and give us lots of Information. We visited again 2 weeks later when our tank was ready to welcome the fish and the member of staff had remember it was my daughters birthday which was so lovely....again had lots of time for us can't thank him enough....really would recommend...The service is fantastic....
