When you walk unexpectedly into a shop not having a clue what suites you or your style only to walk out so excited you could cry happy tears. The hospitality of the owner Carol and assistant was amazing, kind patient and honest . Trying on so many dresses . They made me feel so incredibly welcome I left with a beautiful gown that suites my body shape making me feel incredibly elegant. The selection of dresses is amazing . Just wow! The most incredible team - Carol & Donna, in particularly. I came here and tried on a number of dresses, based on the style I described. Carol picked one out for me and was adamant for me to try it on, reluctantly, I did, and it was the ONE! I had my wedding dress alterations done here back in October 2020. I was recommended to Karen by a family member and can honestly say this was the best decision. Karen was able to alter my dress perfectly and I felt like a princess. Such care and effort went in to making my dress fit me like a glove. When I tried it on again during the last appointment, I couldn’t stop smiling (behind my mask of course, as the store was following the gov guidance and is very COVID secure and safe). The staff here are very welcoming and friendly and the store is beautiful and clean. I will be 100% recommending to all my friends and family.

Lovely shop with a large selection of dresses at very reasonable prices. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They are full of ideas & suggestions and were happy for me to try on as many dresses as i wanted. I didn't feel pressured at all, I'm very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend.

We had such a lovely time at the prom parlour yesterday! From our first phone call when booking an appointment for my daughter back in December, I had a good feeling about this place. They have always kept us upto date on changes during lockdown, The ladies were so welcoming - nothing was too much trouble and.... there is a huuuuuggeee beautiful selection of dresses here! Every girls dream! 😍 After a bad experience with a different prom shop today, we were able to return to The prom parlour to secure a deposit on my daughters perfect dress. Thankyou so much for going above and beyond for us! We wish you all the best for the future💗

I received the attention of whose needs when choosing the perfect wedding dress, advice, and time. Nothing in a hurry. I didn't feel the pressure of time. I said yes to the dress! She is perfect, and chosen in a very short time before the wedding.l, but even this is not a problem for Carol and the girls. An additional nice addition was the fact that one of the girls speaks Polish so my mother had comfort in communication. I'm looking forward to fitting and meeting these wonderful women again. WOW! This is the place to go to if you want first class service from the most attentive ladies. Nothing was too much, we were given convenient appointments and had as much time as we needed to find the perfect prom dress. The selection of dresses was fantastic. There is something for everyone. My daughter is probably the fussiest girl and the fact that she was spoilt for choice says a lot. I honestly cannot recommend highly enough , soon as walked in was made to feel welcome allowed me to zoom call my bridal party and allowed me to take photos. They pulled extra dresses that I didn't look at and it turned out the one they pulled was my YES dress and had my moment with my dress that I will never forget.
