Liars, time wasters and theives, AVOID, Ordered come incomplete, was told fish would be resent the following week, waited in, Thursday nothing arrived. Told they would now arrive Friday again nothing. Contacted seller who made excuses again. Saturday requested a refund. Seller told refund would be issued ASAP, but would take time due to it having to go back via the card payment process. Over a week later still no refund and no further communication from the seller. Look for a more reputable supplier if you want to be happy with the service you receive. Stock that did arrive was inadequatey measured and not true to size.

I ordered £72 worth of livestock mid December expecting it fairly quick like normal businesses do. Anyway after it not tuning up I called the shop. I’ve been told they’re sending it twice still nothing. I had bought livestock I needed else where by February now I’m trying to get a refund. I’ve spoke to ‘AJ‘ 3x now, each time the guy who can sort it is out. I’ve still no had any call back or refund. Absolutely disgusting taking peoples money and not the sending goods or a refund. Reporting to trading standards today. Zero stars from me Avoid the online scammers!

I have just moved from tropical to Marine and so far I am pleased I chose this company! Although it’s early days the team here have been extremely helpful and patient with me! The TMC tank and system are impressive and once you get your head around keeping marine you appreciate how good it is. I have only just started stocking the tank but will happily only deal with FishTank as long as their support continues. I visited many other places and all the big names in the hobby but you can’t beat independent shop keepers who appreciate you custom and give on going service!

I spend £300 on my order and I didn't receive some of the fishes as they been out of stock, few fishes came dead and sick. It has been 6 weeks and I didn't receive refund. Case is in PayPal hands as there is no communication from seller. Absolutely disgusting service. I've been ordering from many websites and never encountered something like that. How You can keep money for purchase which never were sent to customer?

Popped in recently, had red tailed cats for sale, snakeheads had bent spines and an oscar on its way out. Can't say i saw anything that looked particularly good quality or in good health.

What a little gem of a aquarium shop! The team are really friendly and knowledgeable. I just bought extra salt water fish along with a new filter and when i was having issues setting the filter up, the owner popped over and fixed the issue... something you cannot get on Amazon or other shops. They have earned themselves a regular customer and as i develop as a hobbyist i will be upgrading my tank with them. Thanks guys

Ordered 8 tinfoil barbs. Gaz or Gary was in contact the whole time updating myself about my order. Arrived when he said and came at a good size and just look like healthy fish. Housing with medium sized Polypterus Delhezis and south American Cichlids so size is good for my plans

Great selection of fish, all looking healthy. I haven't even bought anything yet but the owner provided lots of useful advice in my transition into South American cichlids.

I have visited this shop twice in the last week seeking advice with my new tank setup. Both times I was supported by the incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable AJ. He reassured me that I was following the right processes and the fish would be safe and on my second visit he put together an incredible filter and heater package to upgrade the sub-par one that came in the box with the Tetra startup set that I foolishly bought elsewhere. Fantastic shop and fantastic staff, I won’t go anywhere else for any aquatic needs now

Got 6 tropical fish from them lost half in two day also couldn't tell me if I had a male and female ram . will not be back Now down to 1 fish very poor service have not got back to me ,do not get any fish from these people.

Been promised a delivery 3 times now but nothing arrived. I'm guessing they don't have the stock of the items I ordered which is a real shame. Communication just gave excuses of weekends away and we'll look into it. Now with PayPal for a refund.

For everything relating to fish keeping, head to Fish Tank, huge selection of stock, or all shapes and sizes. From fish, tanks food and treatments they have it all. With super friendly knowledgeable staff, always on hand to answer your questions. Can wait until they open the new shop at the end of August.

Absolutely disgraceful- Ill fish and turtles that barely had enough room to turn around in their tank - avoid at all costs if you care anything about the welfare of the livestock you’re buying.

If i could have rated this place lower than 1 star, i certainly would have. Firstly my daughter bought well over a £100 worth of fish from you. Most were dead and the slowly dying rest of them proceeded to wipe out over £350 worth of fish. You offered to replace them and did nothing time after time. Leaving my daughter in bits with nearly all her fish dead and paying out over a hundred pound on non working treatments. You also said you would replace my dead pleco. Didn't happen yet again. This happened months ago and still no refund. Do the decent thing. Pay back what you owed for months I still have all the messages to prove all of this. PAY UP. Its disgusting what you've done.

Ordered fish off Gary about three months ago after a bit of getting mucked about (couldn’t get them ) , got my money back , saw online he finally got them in , a bit dubious ordered them again , finally have fish I’ve been looking for for six months or more , arrived individually packed with heat pack best packed fish I’ve ever received, fish in great shape very happy, by the way Gary does come up with some great excuses, but thanks you came through in the end
