So disappointed with Allen Ford Nuneaton. I dropped my car off on the 30th of June with a problem with my gearbox. It was looked at straight away which filled me with confidence. On the following Monday I had a call to say the gearbox is faulty and it would need removing and sending to a gearbox specialist. That was the 5th of July on the 16th of July my gearbox STILL hasn't been removed and sent off. Then to rub salt into the wounds I was told. " well if your not happy with the service you can always take the car to a different garage ." Totally unacceptable response to a complaint. As a new customer to the garage I will find it very hard to return for any future works.

I am honestly over the moon with Allen Ford Nuneaton. Ron has been an absolute super star in helping me over the phone today advising me on a warning light that popped up. If Ron hadn't been so through with asking the right questions I would have been pulling my hair out all weekend. Thank you so so much again!

Excellent dealership. All personal are extremely knowledgable in the area that they work in. It is a very friendly dealership. I felt very comfortable with the salesman Kyle who I purchased my new Ford from. He made me feel very welcome every time I visited the dealership, he guided me through the whole process with friendliness. He was very knowledgable and thought of everything to complete my purchase. He made sure I had everything I asked for. I would say he has excellent Customer Service Skills. I have also dealt with the service department on many occasions with previous Fords that I have purchased and had them serviced at this dealership. Again extremely friendly, knowledgable and courteous. I cannot fault this dealership.

I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the team here. Have had a few visits to this dealership be that with car purchases, services and MOTs or for general enquiries and have always had friendly representatives dealing with me. I have recently purchased and new car and they were happy to make some compromises on the car to meet my budget. Was so happy with my experience buying my Puma with Allen Ford Nuneaton. This was my first new car purchase and felt well supported with their friendly and knowledgeable approach. Waited 6 months for my car (was well worth it) but was provided regular status updates, so I didnt feel confused with the waiting process. Was also impressed with the reveal of my car - won't say too much so doesn't ruin surprise for others! Truly recommend this dealership.

So much more of a relaxed feel in here now the showroom had has had a makeover. As always Glen was very professional and couldn't do enough and when he presented me with my new car! Well!!!!! They have a new indoor bay thats all singing and dancing, flashing lights, music, car sounds and then all the lights come on your car. It was amazing!
