Staff ever so helpful, no hastle to biy, always a joy.

Helpful staff but not the cheapest

Absolutely love this store it's got everything you can think of and their products are well worth a visit. Sadly I don't have a store in Cardiff anymore which is a shame

I love looking around Lakeland especially near Christmas. I visited the Medowhall store yesterday and I have to say the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, with a special shout out to Hazel. I will certainly be returning soon 😊

The staff in the Lakeland store at Meadowhall Sheffield are great. The last couple of times I've been in, they have been on hand to help out. Nothing us too much trouble. The quality of the goods is always excellent and The store is laid out so it is easy to see the products, without everything being too close together.

I was in this very shop yesterday, took my things to the till to pay, three members of staff were chatting together with their backs to the customers, eventually one of them realised I was there and abruptly told me which till to go to, after a few minutes of them still chatting together I left my things on the counter and had to walk out. The trouble was I really wanted the items so today I went to my home store in Nottingham where I was greeted at the door, directed to the cookie cutters by another staff member and was treated respectfully by the cashier. I also often visit the store in Windermere which has excellent service. I think the way we shop has changed this last few years and customer service should be important. Sheffield ladies need to complete a customer care course.

Just went to pick up a click & collect. Great choice of household goods and gadgets.

Very pleasant shopping experience and the nice till assistant had time for a friendly exchange about the moth repellent I had purchased. I left the store smiling which is how good customer service works.

Some decent products. I must have looked dodgy on my recent visit as the staff wouldn’t keep their eyes off of me and followed me down the different isles. Very intimidating and had ruined my perception of the store/company.

At the moment M&S is shambles food hall is not finished with the X tension thy are doing cafe in not open

Excellent service, was met at the door with a very pleasant lady. Found out a few things we needed were not in stock but another lady at the till quickly sorted the order out (much easier than doing it at home!!) So managed to purchase everything we needed, in a well organized and stress free way with very nice staff. Thank you for your help!

Always a great kitchen equipment shop, just about every tool to make just about everything you could think of in the kitchen food range?
