I was there in order to have a blood test. They walked me out, and told me to wait "10 minutes" until everything was solved. I tried to tell them that I would call my insurance in order to show them that they paid, and they told me to not call them. After I was in the street for over 45 minutes, I decided to call my insurance in order to let them know what happened. 2 minutes after the call, they welcomed me in the clinic for a simple blood test. With that said, you can imagine to what kind of GP you are going. IN REPLY TO THE ANSWER GIVEN BY THE GP (which was deleted): I find it embarrasing of you to say that "once we had the confirmation", My insurance pais a week ago, you already had the confirmation in the email. If my insurance had not paid, I would not have been fiven an appointment, obviously. Moreover, as I said in my comment above, you did not call me until I called my insurance to tell them what was going on, I emphasize that you insisted me on not calling them. Furthermore, as you soon as you called me, I was at the clinic within 2 minutes in order to have the blood test. I was also told that the price would be 230 pounds for the blood test and the consultation, but they made my insurance pay 400. Another review says the same as me, you say one price and magically, you add 200 more. How convenient. That kind of things, have a name. There are other Private GP in Manchester with better custome service, and who do not lie. Kind regards.

Extremely bad service. The doctor gave no advice on the acute problem (a serious burn), the prescription contained a mistake, and was not recognized by a pharmacist. The receptionist was not willing to resolve the problem. Very disappointing. Stay away from these GPs.

My experience was fantastic. Same Day Doctor provided to us such an amazing response and services in my very last few days in Manchester given that my COVID PCR test report delivered on time. To meet the requirement from the HK government for my traveling back to Hong Kong. They are very professional, very friendly communication with me. Same Day Doctor gave to us a particularly astonishing reaction and administrations in my absolute most recent couple of days in Manchester given that my COVID PCR test report followed through on schedule. Not ‘same day’ doctor as not same day appointments (asked for an appointment on Friday and was offered one the following Tuesday). Also not seven days a week, as advertised - only seven days a week in London. Need to reconsider their branding as it’s inaccurate!

After Superdrug had cancelled my appointment 30 minutes prior i rand Samedaydoctor. The receptionist was brilliant, so friendly & helpful, & straight away found a time that suited me. The nurse was also so friendly and very informative. Would 100% recommend this practice. Great overall experience.

Excellent booking service and really friendly, professional staff. Not only was I able to get an appointment at a time that suited me the very same day, but I also had all the necessary tests done in the appointment straight away. Simple . Rang them up around 10am . Got an appointment for 3.15pm same day of course . Greeted by a doctor as you would if you went to you local gp however this is straight to the point . Discussed what I had to with the doctor for around 20 minutes. Paid £100 . Worth every penny

I have recently had physiotherapy for my knee. I went in with what I thought was Tendinitis, as I’ve had this in several joints before, but it turned out to be Anterior Knee Pain. I had four weeks to run the Manchester Marathon. My physiotherapist was Karim, he did a fantastic job putting together a training plan and setting me exercises to do at home on top of the treatment I received. The plan worked, and I managed to run the marathon in roughly the time I was hoping for! I would thoroughly recommend this establishment!

Great service, the lady at the reception was very understanding and caring and helped me find the clinic, she even came downstairs out in the street for me. As for the medical part, the doctor was really nice and I got the prescription on the same day. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a TB skin test & MMR vaccination. Both times I visited all staff were extremely friendly and professional. Both ran to the time scheduled. I would certainly use them again.

Found impossible to get appointment with local GP! So, resorted to seeking private GP appointment. Called Samedaydoctor in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon on the same day. Seen by a GP there who was very helpful. He suggested some tests the results of which we received next day. All went very smoothly. A little pricey but better than waiting for weeks. It's good to know that a same day appointment is available.

I missed my baby rotavirus vacinnation from local GP due to relocation from other country, and luckly found Samedaydoctor which provide the missed vacinnation and provide set of questioneer to confirm the vacinnation is still valid for my kid. The vacinnation process is smooth and done quickly. We are living quite far away from Manchester and took me about 1.5 hours to arrive. The whole process completed within 15 minutes. The process is very smooth and schedule is dedicated for you, So, please arrive on time to prevent delay any queued appointments. I already made another appointment for 2nd does of Rotavirus for my kid and really appreciated for their arrangement and service. Before contacting Same Day Doctor for an ECG, some blood tests, and a simple breathing exam, I contacted my NHS GP. The GP practice emailed the doctor regarding my exams, and he hasn't replied to their emails in over a week. So, I decided to contact Same Day Doctor for the tests I needed. Unlike the NHS GP, everyone is nice and polite, and I was able to book an appointment online in less than 10 minutes. I expected my tests and time at the practice to be at least an hour, but I arrived at 10:15 AM and walked out of the practice with everything completed before 10:45 AM. I highly recommend Same Day Doctor if you don't want to wait forever for an NHS GP and want to be treated like a person instead of a number.
