I went to Max Speilmann to do my passport. Absolutely delighted, staff were amazing, very helpful, very professional. Passport application was done very quickly, and my new passport was delivered back to me within a week. Would recommend to all friends and family. Thankyou to lovely staff. Sue.

Called in yesterday to get some prints done off my phone to put in a frame, wouldn't know where to start on my own. The lady who served me was really lovely, kind and helpful. I didnt get her name, but i know she has worked there for 19 years, and she had dark hair. If only most places had staff like this, it would be lovely x

Went there for passport photograghs and link to on line application. Young lady was professional and pleasant. This was the first time I used the link set up and it worked fine. Only problem was TNT took 4 days to deliver my passport. Told delivery would be between 8AM to 8PM each day failed until the 4th day. TNT definately not be my preferred courier. Had no choice in the matter
