Hi everyone... I don't normally provide reviews but on this occasion I feel that my physiotherapists clearly deserves one.. I have been treated for shoulder injuries by Simon at the Basingstoke facility. Simon is a really nice guy with lots of knowledge in the medical field. He explains the treatment plan very thoroughly and ensure you are comfortable with the treatment plan. As a physiotherapists, Simon is an excellent asset for the business and I would highly recommend him. Thank you so much for all the effort Simon and I am happy to confirm that I have resume back to the gym.

Quick in contacting me and fixing appointments. Friendly, professional service. I has tendinitis on one foot and it was resolved with a few sessions of ultrasounds and acupuncture. Would surely recommend and will be back myself if ever need it. Thank you!

I recently started attending Lakky Physiotherapy in Basingstoke with a back problem, Simeon being my point of contact. I have been very pleased with the treatment, advice and exercises I have been given. I am aware I have a long term problem but improvement is noticeable and I will be continuing to visit as and when I require.

The physiotherapist is very friendly and gave me the right treatment. Lots of improvement in my condition after taking the treatment. They have always adjusted my appointments according to my schedule. I got plenty of reminders which was helpful personally for me as I juggle with multiple todo's.The place is very clean and always visited with family as they have a really nice waiting lounge.

Lakky Physio are timely, knowledgeable and friendly. My treatment was accompanied by 2 personalised at-home plans and I felt comfortable to ask questions to support my recovery. I would certainly recommend them.

Had a lot of pain in my shoulder and went to Lakky for some help. I was treated by Nehal who is amazing at her job and so happy and friendly. My shoulder pain was helped almost instantly with her help and I can’t thank her enough for that.

After damaging my shoulder skiing, I was referred to Lakky Physiotherapy in Basingstoke (Arena Business Centre, Basing View). Right from the initial contact they were polite and accomodating to my needs to keep the appointments early or later in the day due to work commitments. They confirmed every appointment and sent a reminder by text the day before and I was greeted with a friendly smile, a mask and hand sanitizer which I had no issue with. The physio treatment was first rate which also included acupuncture which I had never experienced before, but I can safely say in all the 6 sessions, I never felt one needle go in or out, amazing! They were polite, engaging, chatty and this made for a great distraction if I was feeling any discomfort from the session. I am 100% fit and healthy again and have been signed off. Whilst I hope I won't need their services for the foreseeable, I would totally recommend Lakky Physio to anyone in my network.

Nehal is an excellent physio. Very detailed and she studies her patients with meaningful medical explanation s. No rush, bone adjustment s very effective n pain free! Acupuncture excellent also. Also very affordable and booking is a dream in a modern luxury clinic. Mr Lakky manager is extremely polite n communication is great. 7 stars ! !

Attended Lakky Physio for physio and rehab after an operation to replace a fully torn ATFL in ankle. Nehal Patel was amazing and very attentive to the treatment required. She applied different techniques in stages so that I was never overwhelmed or in discomfort. After 6 months, I am almost back to my pre-injury state and I am very grateful for the professional, effective and rehabilitative treatment I received. Would highly recommend them.

I had been experiencing shoulder pain for a long while, which turned out to be muscular and over 3 sessions Simone has got me back on track. He explained everything in a way I understood. I had physio and acupuncture, with some stretching and strengthening exercises for at home. Very professional and friendly service.

The whole process of getting an appointment to diagnosis and then treatment was so efficient. Always felt at ease in nice surroundings had acupuncture for the first time which resolved my rotator cuff issue in a few weeks. Would recommend 100%

I 1st started going to Lakky Physiotherapy back in September and I have had physio, acupuncture on my knee. And then I had 3 separate treatments of shockwave therapy, and I have to say the difference is pretty amazing. I was referred to Lakky Physiotherapy due to severe knee pain which has been getting progressively worse over the past 10 years to the point of causing lack of sleep and mobility issues. Diagnosed with chronic tendinopathy, likely due to not seeking treatment a long time ago. I’ve been undergoing treatment, dry needling & self-managed home exercises, for a number of weeks now with significant improvement. Appointment booking process & communication is great. Certainly recommended.

I used Lakky Physiotherapy through my work health insurance and was very happy with the treatment I received. Issue with my back was indentified and dealt with over a few sessions. Venkata was very personable and clearly cared about offering me the best treatment to resolve my issue. Was my first experience of using acupuncture and I was happy with the results.

The treatment and service has been first class and great value for money. I have back injuries every couple of years(self inflicted) and the diagnosis, physio and acupuncture has been excellent. Right from the first session, I experienced improvements in my back, all round movement, reduction in back pain and advice on what to do in between sessions to continue the rehab from the injury. For anyone that experiences muscle and joint issues, sports injuries I would highly recommend Lakky Physiotherapy.

I have just finished my block of 8 sessions at Lakky Physiotherapy in Basingstoke with Simone. Prior to attending I had been incorrectly diagnosed and was managing my backpain via strong painkillers, It had gotten to a point where I couldn't pick up anything when I reached out to Simone for some help. He quickly diagnosed the problem whilst also explaining clearly where the previous mis-diagnosis had likely stemmed from and what the next steps where over the next couple of months. Throughout the 8 sessions he continued to explain each stage of rehab and progress in a manner I could understand whilst providing at home exercises to compliment his work. As a result of identifying the root cause and working towards a healthy baseline I am pain free and able to play golf and train at the gym regularly. Thanks for help Simone.

I had very bad neck and shoulder pain. Simone at Lakky physio treated it well by acupuncture and physio therapy. Simone is expert and very nice person. He explained my problem to me very well Access and Location is very convenient . Cleanliness is very good.

I was treated by Simone for an injury through running, he was so knowledgeable and explained it very well. With treatment from him and exercises to do at home I noticed a difference within a couple of appointments. Very satisfied.

Amazing Physiotherapist. Referred through work insurance program. Efficiently, but consistently not only rehabilitated my back pain, but also re-educated me. I feel like I am much less likely to injure myself again. Could also hold a decent conversation and chat about evidence based physiotherapy and more. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have been seeing André since I was involved in a a car accident at the beginning of last year & he has really helped with the pain that I was in. All the way through the pandemic he has been fastidious with keeping others & himself safe, whilst helping with providing the very best physiotherapy available. I saw Nehal to help me with painful shin splints I was experiencing after taking up running. Nehal administered a few sessions of acupuncture in my leg, and recommended stretches and strengthening activities to facilitate my recovery and prevent further injury. I am happy to say that my issues have resolved, and my running is now pain-free! Nehal is a great and knowledgeable physio, and a professional and very pleasant person. Thanks for your help!

Very professional. They explained very well what is the reason for my back pain and how to avoid this in the future. After 5 weeks I feel much better and I am able to workout and run again.

I was referred to Lakky Physiotherapy after a car accident which caused me whiplash. I was very impressed with the service. Always on time and great communication. Very thorough explanation of treatment which made me feel reassured. I had 9 sessions of acupuncture and Physiotherapy. Good parking facilities. I would highly recommend.

Simone was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He explained to me everything he was doing and why. I even had acupuncture. I barely noticed the needles going in or being removed. And it really worked! I really liked the way that a link to a selected set of exercises get emailed. The exercise details provided a clear and detailed description of how to perform them and how long for. I'd be very happy to return for any future treatment I may require.

Very helpful, I had treatment for a bad back, very friendly and knowledgeable. After a number of sessions which included manipulation and acupuncture treatment I was soon on the mend. Good range of treatment and home exercise guidance. Highly recommended.

Excellent Services, if you play cricket or football and facing post game pains around leg , please do visit the clinic and get treatment. I got treated with accupanture and it has helped me reduce pain so much.

My heel pain around tendon has been treated with accupenture and im feeling much better.Doctors are very professional and friendly , they explain in detail how treatment is done and respond to any questions we have on the treatment. Very happy with the treatment.
