The best customer service I've had in a long time. I was looking for a specific item and Dorothy couldn't have been more helpful. She replied to my emails really quickly and having not tried the item she guided me on sizing before purchasing. communication was great and I'm happy with my purchase. Highly recommend.

Dotique has a vast range of mother of the bride/groom clothing. They were really good at picking out colour and style that compliments the person that is wearing. They offer an excellent one to one service. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Visited this afternoon to look at Prom Dresses. We were greeted by Dorothy and then up stairs to the prom dresses. There was so much choice, my daughter was given time to browse and pick a few out to try on. We didn’t feel rushed and she was able to take her time trying dresses. The whole experience was lovely and she made us both feel welcome. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much

Wonderful service from Sue who helped me try on several colourful and extremely stylish mother of the bride outfits. No pressure at all and so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The hardest bit was choosing … I could have bought 4 or 5 outfits easily. Very happy with my dress and shoes and can’t wait for the wedding. A pleasure to shop there. The ladies at Dotique are stars. Some people love shopping, but I hate clothes shopping so much that I was coming up with all sorts of excuses to avoid an upcoming event. I arrived at Dotique feeling utterly miserable, but was gently, and supportively guided to try on a selection of dresses, skilfully chosen from a surprisingly large range….none of which I would ever had picked out for myself. They were so quick to see what worked and what didn’t. After a quick trip to their branch at Rowsley to try on a few more, I returned to purchase one that made me feel great, though it was a difficult choice as there were a few. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, and my husband was well looked after with coffee and a comfy seat. But I didn’t just leave with a new dress, the lovely, kind and caring ladies gave a huge boost to my confidence and my self esteem for which I am very, very grateful. I left with a lovely dress and a smile on my face. With special thanks to Rosie.

We visited Dotique yesterday to find a wedding guest outfit. Lisa was absolutely wonderful, so helpful, kind and considerate. Lisa was extremely attentive, helping us to match the dress colour to a hat and handbag. I was with my sister, my cousin and her young daughter. The service was amazing, and we all ended up with new items of clothing/shoes. Dotique is a wonderful shop, with amazing staff, definitely worth a visit.
