The price you get is nowhere near the initial offer. Trading in will give you much better bargaining power than just selling to this outfit. The lady who helped me was very nice but you will not get a reasonable price for the car

Not bad, got offered less than quoted but that's to be expected when the quote doesn't include the true condition of the vehicle, that small chip you dont think is important to mention on their website? Yeah that'll knock the price down. But anyone with common sense knows that :) staff was very helpful and saw me right away and only took about 10 minutes

Daniel was very helpful and professional. As others have said the online quote is probably not the actual amount you'll get when they review the car but feel I got a far amount for my vehicle. Was quick, easy and hassle free. Managed to get all done and dusted in 25 mins so saves my time privately selling!!

cant complain took literally 10 mins to sort out valued at 6100 got 5500 money in bank within half hour for a fee of 30£ overall really pleased got what i wanted would use again

My car valuation was said to have expired on the system but my phone was saying otherwise. The customer service was great and this rate is not in anyway reflecting the advisor but the fraudulent system that kept claiming the system had expired the valuation

Don't waste your time . We were offered £4000 online . Vehicle is extremely tidy has no damage inside or out just a few very minor road chips , more than acceptable in a 6 year old car .After the " appraisal " was then offered £3500 , reduction of £500 , totally unjustified. Give them a wide berth unless you're desperate,

Very smooth transaction with a helpful and friendly man. Price was a little less than offered on the initial enquiry due to the car having a few scrapes which is to be expected in a 15 year old car really. All in all was satisfied with the final price as it saved me the hassle of selling it privately. Would use again.

The only reason I havnt given it 5* is I would have liked a signed receipt before I left the premises. However an email confirmation came through 10 minutes after leaving but the agreed password wouldn’t open the attachment. other than that a good way of selling a car
