Pretty shocking treatment of staff by these lot at playa nottingham.

Attended Winter Wonderland in Riyadh in mid March right before lockdown and encountered an employee named TJ Worrell he was extremely rude and very mean when we attempted to ask for information. We will never return and will encourage our family and friends to never attend .

Two of the workers at winter wonderland was overcharging people and added £5 to £10 to my orders 4 separate times.

Nice food good service

Winter wonderland BEWARE overcharging (young guy with dark hair) I first paid £13 for 2 wines when I went back again he tried to charge me £48!!!!!! For 2 wines and 3 shots. When I asked him to explain the bill he said oh sorry you wanted 2 small wines…. Disguising! And some people wouldn’t notice….. This guy needs to go. Awful robbing people for their money. Wish I had got his name…

you steal money from people,in london winter wonderland i ordered 2 big cips but you put on machine just one portion then you put again for 2 portions and you charged me for 3.. shame on you
