Every time I have visited wickes in chesterfield I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly great store the manager should be very proud of his staff well done to them all

Because I am disabled the staff went out of their way to help me, even taking my items to my car and then loading them for me. Thanks are in order.

By the pictures it looks like they can decorate even a sky. Massive rage of different products. One of the best places for home improvement search. Lots of tools, paints, wooden materials, and many more. Location is good, just near town centre. Big car park. Staff is very nice and always try to help, even if they don't know how... great place for a reasonable shopping.

It's a store I really go to but today I went and pleasently surprised with the refurb. Staff are lovely and helpful and loads of parking.

Not a bad store, but check the quality of what you order as they certainly don't! Door frame had a chunk out of one side. Not the end of the world as it's getting cut down enough but still... I'd expect a discount for damaged goods or good quality to start with.

This outlet has all the DIY kit you will ever need. Friendly knowledgeable staff only too keen to help. I bought all my materials here to build my decking and if you have my leftovers you can get a refund. The shop is well spread out and it's easy to navigate around. Most items well priced and inline with other shops alike. You can always ring in advance to confirm what you require is available. Normally well stocked all the time. Well situated just on the edge of town and easy to find. Well recommended to all.

The management of this Chesterfield store is fab. The manager is extremely helpful, patient and does his upmost to resolve any issues for you. I bought a lifestyle kitchen which looks fab and i can’t thank him enough for all of his help.

It was quiet 19:20 40 minutes before closing and no trollies outside the store. Asked X3 members of staff at the till if there were any trollies and got no response at all. The only response I got was from another customer who said I could have his. Waste of time going to this store, the staff are useless.

I’ve got nothing to say bad about their kitchens or bathrooms they just need to get their delivery service sorted absolutely shocking delivery driver is not happy moaning and groaning about everything all they want to do is just get off quick no customer care I was very stressed for two days I have give it one star because they would not let me post without putting one star on it would be 0 From me

Called in to check out some tiles we were thinking about ordering. Ian, (a member of staff) couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The tiles were on offer so we decided to order them there and then. He really stood out as someone who made us feel welcome and even happy to be in there which isn't always the case in some places. Very impressed with the service we received from him.

Don’t bother. Go somewhere else instead…. Anywhere, just not here because you’ll be wasting your time. Called in here for some PTFE tape. It’s not a specialist item, it’s widely used and commonly available, I wasn’t looking for a special premium brand version. Literally any PTFE would have had me sold…… result; none. This branch is an utter waste of of prime retail space and I don’t believe I’ve ever managed to buy anything from here. I think the place must continue operating through the sale of pot plants and tape measures!

Absolutely disgusted with how this place treated my husband the lady who served him “Susan” clearly needs an update on marriage calling him a liar and trying to refuse a refund because of his change of last name! If I could give this place a 0 star then I would!
