    Sefali is an excellent teacher. She makes you feel comfortable and confident in her classes. The atmosphere is always light and welcoming to new comers, I really look forward to going to the classes for the exercises but also the community they have built! She and Dean always make sure youā€™re comfortable with the exercises by making adjustments to them to meet your ability is necessary. I would highly recommend!

    I love going to Sefali's yoga class because she really takes your needs in to consideration. She takes her time to get to know her clients and is able to adapt exercises and give your alternatives which is extremely caring and helpful. To top it off, lessons are fun, at the right pace, never the same and very beneficial. I couldn't recommend her classes more ā˜ŗļø

    When I first started with Sefaliā€™s Yoga a year and a half ago, my main want was just to learn better postures and be more flexible, so to alleviate back issues. A dentistā€™s occupational hazard! But I have learnt much more; Insight into meditative practices, breathing techniques, core strength, balance and esp on how to do exercises correctly for better results and to avoid injuries. The class mates are friendly and supportive. Always looking forward to my classes. Absolutely 5 stars.

    I have been a pupil of Sefali for the last ten years and even though I have tried other yoga classes, I always come back to Sefali. Sefaliā€™s attention to detail and care for her pupils is amazing. She always finds ways to keep me motivated and has helped me pre and post babies. Sefaliā€™s classes and 1:1 sessions are holistic and informative, it makes you much more body aware and the meditation is a life skill that we all need. If you are looking for a fun and energetic class, come to Sefaliā€™s yoga.

    I've been attending Sefali's Yoga classes since 2018 and it's one of the best decisions I ever made. Sefali makes it a priority to ensure all her students first learn how to get their muscles and joints into healthy alignment. This priming is important for us so we can perform the yoga moves correctly and with optimum postural health. Sefali also teaches how to use our breath in conjunction with each and every movement. Being one of the few fully trained and qualified MBF (Muscle Balance Function) trainers in the UK, Sefali has a unique set of skills which sets her apart from other yoga teachers. The local community is privileged to have such an experienced teacher within easy reach. Dean (who assists Sefali), is also a great support to all the classes they co-teach including Tai Chi, Yoga (beginners, intermediate and advanced) plus Cardio. I have personally learned from Sefali that yoga is not just a regular workout for my body but a practical philosophy for every day life - no matter where the tension comes from or where you feel it it in your body - each of us can ease this tension by learning how to breathe through it.

    I have been doing yoga with Sefali since 4th of July 2021 and recently started body conditioning class with Dean and Sefali. Her focus is on building the core muscles so the yoga poses can be done with ease and comfort. She also spends some time teaching breathing techniques and mediation. I already feel more flexible, energised and at peace having only done her classes for a short period. One of best thing I have ever done is to join her classes. I love going to Sefaliā€™s classes and always feel happy, joyous and free after the exercise sessions.     I previously ripped my meniscus in my knee playing football. I took up Sefaliā€™s yoga which focused on isolated knee exercises and improving my core balance. Following a intensive 12 week program I was able to play competitive football again. Since, I continue to follow muscle body functional exercises twice a week which keeps me fit and agile. Sefali is also a great teacher, someone who is approachable, pivots sessions based on how my body reacts and is always available to talk through any issues I may have. I cannot speak highly enough of Sefaliā€™s Yoga, from her professional consultation to her technical knowledge.

    Yoga was something I had no interest in. I used to train 4 times a week in boxing, kickboxing and mixed martial arts until it eventually it took it's toll on my body to the point I couldn't walk without pain. Sefali has an ability to take one glance at you and know exactly where all the weaknesses in your body are and the exact exercises you need to fix them. I have felt so much better since doing her yoga classes, the pain in my knees, shoulders and back have gone. Sefali inspired me so much that I trained and became a qualified Yoga teacher under her!

    Since I started doing yoga with Sefaliā€™s yoga, I feel much energised, and much fitter . At my age (I am 74years young). My body joints are less stiff and my body is much more flexible. I should have started yoga long agoā€” thanks Sefaliā€”ā€” youā€™re a life saver.

    Sefali's yoga classes have done more for me less in a month than any doctors, gyms, massages and pills have ever done. I've never met someone that is so truly invested in our health and wellbeing. Sefali is kind and caring, and the classes are consistently fun and rewarding. Attending her classes are always the highlight of my day. To call her an expert would be an understatement.

    I've been attending Sefali's classes for just over 1 year. Initially it was just to get 'out' a bit, but the classes soon became a part of my regular exercise routine. I quickly noticed increased stamina and just overall a feeling of better health. As a GP, I cannot express enough the importance of exercise in our daily lives...Sefali's classes offer not only yoga, but also cardiovascular work-outs, which my husband ( whom I also managed to convince to attend), absolutely loves! Thank you Sefali for bringing good health to our lives!

    Iā€™m a student of Sefaliā€™s and I attend her Yoga and Tai Chi classes and I canā€™t recommend her enough! She really loves teaching and sharing her knowledge. Her enthusiasm and energy is present in every class and she takes the time to go round to help her students individually with such a supportive and caring attitude. I always leave her classes feeling relaxed, uplifted and excited for the next!

    Sefaliā€™s knowledge within this field is phenomenal. Her passion is genuine. Not only does she do every move with you, she also takes the time to explain the origin of the move and what each move is doing to our body, she will not hesitate in correcting your posture because she truly wants us to reap the benefits. On top of all this Sefali will take the time to get to know each and every person in her class and their needs to ensure they get 101% from her class. I am now for the first time in tune with my body and am now able to listen and understand what my body is capable of and can honestly say after attending the classes for just a month my overall health physically and mentally has improved greatly.     Often, I said to myself yoga is for old people. I was massively wrong. Joining Sefali's classes has changed my life and health. My asthma, joint pains and mental health have all improved, and even people are asking me what have done. Sefali spends time with all her students and varies each class and exercise. You really have no idea what is coming next which makes it fun. Thank you so much Sefali.

    Sefali is a passionate yoga teacher and a lovely person. You can feel that she imparts knowledge with full dedication and whole heartedly, and I feel very lucky that I had the opportunity to join her ā€œyoga familyā€. I joined her yoga class eight months ago and at that time I knew absolutely nothing about yoga. Now I have a much better understanding how my body works. My balance, posture and muscle tone improved and my constant pain is gone.     Sefali I want to say a bigggg thank you for your ongoing support. I love my yoga classes with you. They are very uplifting , effective and gentle at the same time . I have learnt a lot about my body, flexibility and movement . I really appreciate you going out of your way to adjust the routine to help others before and after any physical challenges they take . I canā€™t thank you enough for exercises for wrists , legs , hips and back a day before my London to Brighton bike ride last weekend. They definitely helped me along the way.     I have been attending Sefaliā€˜s yoga for many many years now, and I am always impressed at the energy. Sefali brings to the classes. Being a barrister at law, my job is very stressful and her classes are the best medicine for de- stressing and relaxing. It is great that there is such a variety of classes now at different levels of intensity to suit all. Up to 17 classes, a week being available for aspiring yogis is at such a great price is just phenomenal, especially in London. If you want to feel fitter, flexible and relaxed, there is nothing better than a few doses of Sefaliā€™s Yoga every week!!! šŸ™šŸ½šŸ˜Š

    EXCELLENT !! I would like to give you my review based on the Yoga classes I attended since last 8 week, Sefali is an excellent Yoga coach, She provides special attention to each and every students, Sefali teaches excellent from beginners level to intermediate levels as well, I highly recommended Sefali's Yoga to everyone, Now the benefits of doing the Yoga, since last few weeks my body has observed great level of change.     As someone who exercises on a regular basis (cycling, running, bootcamp and other functional fitness classes & events) I was frequently finding that I would get back and leg issues that would always leave me needing some form of physio treatment. Someone then recommended doing Sefalis yoga classes as a way to build core strength which includes postural alignment...and since starting her classes several years ago, I've never had any further problems. Her techniques and advice are so spot on that she has helped me massively improve my core. To anyone that maybe worried about the traditional view of yoga...I can definitely confirm that what sefali does is something completely different as she focuses on the basics of building core strength and postural alignment, as well as including traditional yoga moves. So fully recommended from me, come and give it a go.

    Sefali is a great instructor. She ensures that all parts of the body are equally worked and toned upon.     Sefali's knowledge of the body and mind combined makes her yoga approach truly authentic. Whether youā€™re experienced or a complete beginner there will be a class for you. If you have an injury and have struggled to exercise Sefali's approach to building strength, mobility with the correct posture will help get you back to exercising.     No words can explain how much Sefaliā€™s Yoga classes have made a difference mentality and physically in my lifeā€¦.since I joined Sefaliā€™s Yoga I have not looked at gym at allā€¦I get bored easily if I go to gym and do same workout again & again but itā€™s been almost 6 months I joined Sefaliā€™s Yoga, there has not been a single day I got boredā€¦Sefali is a very versatile teacherā€¦.making every class fun & to look forward to.     I enjoy all of Sefali's yoga classes. She understands each oneā€™s bodies and plans every session as per the groupsā€™ needs. Exercising with her and the group is fun too. Every class is different, and equally beneficial and de stressing for both the body and the mind. I have personally benefitted from a whole range of strength training, posture correction, tai chi, meditations and body balance exercises. My joints, shoulder pain and back pain are improving within just attending one term and plan to continue forever. Highly recommend!

    I have been suffering with a prolonged bad back and had a slipped disc. Sefali was highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Sefali gave me a one on one session and a special exercise programme to begin with to help strengthen my core. I was told my orthopaedics and physio to do certain core strengthening exercises. These were exactly the same exercises that Sefali had already given me to do. 3 months on of attending Sefaliā€™s yoga classes I am now exercising without any pain and I feel a significant difference in my back and core strength . I am also greatly benefiting from the relaxation, tai chi and meditation classes that Sefali also offers. I love attending these classes and I feel so good afterwards.     Sefali is the very essence of a yoga teacher. She does amazing work. The blend of Yoga, combined with postural alignment exercises to create functional movement, is taught at pace that is suitable for everyone from total beginner through to advanced. Any keen sports person though to professional would also benefit. I attended my first class with Sefali this September ā€™22 and my personal progression since then has been supercharged because of Sefaliā€™s teachings. Iā€™d spent years training twice a day five to six times per week competing as a professional fighter until 2015, knowing my body was not functioning efficiently. Looking back now, I can see that these teachings would have given me an enormous benefit both physically and mentally. On my first visit (which is free btw) Sefali instantly recognised my difficulties and after some analysis with gentle guidance, Sefali came over and pointed at my right leg & hip area and said ā€˜thereā€™s something going on hereā€™ ļŠ This is something I was always kind of aware of, but didnā€™t really know what the issue was and nobody had been able to pin point in the way that Sefali had. So, for the last five or six weeks Iā€™ve been attending two to three times per week and am starting to piece together my body and mind and have a new found awareness of what is going on. My posture has already improved a lot amongst other benefits. Iā€™d encourage anyone that is thinking about coming to a class to come. All you need is yourself and an open mind.

    I had a poor posture and severe back pain. Since I have joined Sefali yoga classes I'm feeling so much better my back pain has completely gone and my posture is much better. Sefali is so good and she understands your various needs and goes out her way to help you. I'm so glad I've joined her classes. I highly recommend sefali yoga to everyone

    Hi honestly cannot stress enough how yoga has helped me in every way. Sefali (yoga instructor) is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I have only been going to yoga for two weeks and I have noticed a drastic difference in my health in general. The classes are well organised and very informative. I would highly recommend it!

    Sefali is an excellent instructor , very natural relaxed style. Sefali puts you at ease from the very start of the session and guideā€™s you through your workout with a gentle relaxed pace. Would recommend her classes . I booked and attended two small bespoke groups with her on the 15th of March 2022

    I have a learning difficulty and at times poor mental health which made yoga difficult at the start. Sefali was so supportive and adjusted to my needs. As a result, I have improved both physical and mental health. Sefali also does a lot for the community such as helping the Heston British Legion. Regardless of skill level in yoga rest assured you are in good and experienced hands.

    I joined this class about a month ago. I was looking for an authentic spiritually grounded yoga teacher. I'm ever so grateful to have found just that. Sefali is a highly experienced, responsible, committed teacher. I'm so impressed with the skill and care Sefali takes to impart knowledge at a very granular level. I also appreciate how meditation is woven into the classes, as this is very much part of traditional yoga. Sefali cultivates a healing space in her classes, and this is reflected in the sense of community experienced amongst those who attend.

    I participated in Sefaliā€™s yoga classes having not done regular yoga for a few years. The initial reason was to heal a back issue that had been plaguing me for two years. The regular yoga sessions most definitely helped me heal but also made sure my body was realigned after years of playing sports. Sefali also mixes up her classes with meditation and Tai Chi which adds to the variety. Recommended!
