5 stars for the Gurdwara for being a house of Waheguru, but 1 star for the rude and unwelcoming sewadars in langgar hall, who have no manners. It does not surprise me that others have also posted reviews about sevadars here being rude. Gurdwara should be a welcoming place filled with love and peace, but the sewadars here are in need of some anger management. ''Man mere nam rate sukh hove'' O my mind, attuned to the Naam, you shall find peace... (Guru Granth Sahib page 38)

Amazingly tranquil and spiritual Sikh place of worship. Lots of car park space though getting into the Gurdwara car park can be a bit tricky as it is just of the busy Southall shops. Within walking distance of the Southall station. Lots of community activities throughput the week. Community kitchem (Langar) serves hot Vegetarian food throughout the day.

Absolutely lovely place to visit in Southall and in London in general. The Gurdwara is quite big and has generous parking in an area where people would normally struggle to find any place to park otherwise. The langar hall is quite big too and has arrangements for the devotees of all accessibility restraints to be able to sit or stand while having the delicious and blessed langar. It's quite a bit crowded on Sunday afternoons though so you might want to take that into consideration.

Gurudwara is a peaceful place to visit . Once you enter the place you feel like your in some other world . Their prayers have a lot meaning and life lessons . The prasada was tasty and fills a hungry and needy stomach the best place to relax and get blessed ..

We had booked a Sukhmi Saab Paath here to celebrate my daughters upcoming wedding. When we booked about 18 months ago we were told it was in the upstairs hall. Due to current covid restrictions we were then told only 30 people could attend. About a week before we were then told the number was increased to 50, and that if we had anymore a covid risk assessment would have to be carried out. So my parents paid all the money for the event, yet on turning up on the day we were told the Paath was now in the main hall downstairs. So this hall was also generally open to the public as well. All in all there were about 70 people there, about 40 from our function. If this was the case then why wasn't the covid assessment carried out, and why weren't we allowed to invite more members of our family? Also most of the general public who were there never wore masks, and none of the officials enforced it. Quite disappointed by the way this was handled by the Gurdwara staff. We also paid for the Langar as part of the Paath, but were very disappointed with the offering ie one dhal and one saag paneer. Seems to me that this Gurdwara is more focused on making money, rather than the actual religious purpose we booked it for. An update on my previous post a above. So attended my late father in laws sukhmi Saab Paath in November, and incredibly the Granthi read out the wrong type of prayer for the occasion. Well what can I about this place. Also at the end of the paath we were very hurriedly pushed out of the upstairs Hall due to the Gurdwara "money making machine" getting ready for the next one. These people show no compassion considering what they charge and unfortunately just like their sister temple in Old Southall are only interested in money and telling off people.

It is a Sikh place of worship but all respectful persons are allowed to enter, pray and enjoy Langar (free meal). There is an atmosphere of love and joy. The place is very clean, close to public transport and wheelchair accessible.

A spiritual space where all can come together and perform acts of kindness-seva. Come at 03:30am to experience a harmonious relationship between oneself and the surrounding energy of other souls. All welcome 🙏

This is a blessing for those struggling in this hard times to survive and feed family. I have a very small Gurudwara near my house( East London) the vibes as compared here was very different. The lighting needs to be improved. Great deed in form of Langar to each and everyone. Uncle on entrance was very humble and helped us with all our queries

I had been to Gurudwara number of times with family and we used to visit once in a month. Today, I had a very bad experience with the security guy. I was with my wife and kid. I parked my car and trying to exit the main gate and that time, the security guy catch us and said, do not park here because we were going out. I said, I will be back and will have the langer and then he asked, how soon we will be back. I said 5 mins. When I returned(almost within 5 mins) he unnecessary shouted at my - he knows why I am coming here(as if I am coming only for langer). - Next time, if he(security) sees me, he will through me out from the place etc. Literally, I felt like I am a bagger and striving for food. I was trying to convince we often come here but he wasn’t ready to listen. - He sid, he worked in Army before and knows all the languages from India etc.(What is the point he is trying to say?) Then one uncle camd and he was very nice to talk and said, please go to Gurudwara and have the food. Finally, I thought I should not return from a worship place so went inside and donated few pounds, prasad and returned home. I I understand as a security, he has the rights to doubt every individua who is going in and out. but he was taking in such a bad languages with rude behaviour and he was not at all ready to listen to me when I was trying to explain. Did not feel good to have langer after someone shouting.

Busy on a Sunday. Not as serene as some. Despite the signs others do park in spots reserved for the sangat/parishioners. The langar hall felt harassed as well and the servers were rude even though they were the ones who were delaying seva by not paying attention to sangat. At the tray return area food and detritus was being thrown onto floor carelessly where people were walking. I did like the musicality of the granthi/priest delivering the sermons Disappointed.

Beautiful darshan but poorly managed langar sewa. Asking people to move somewhere else mid meals, bibis and babe having their own rules and regulations! Went twice there and came out with bitter experience both times.

(Gurmukhi: ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ guradu'ārā, meaning "Door to the Guru") is a place of assembly and worship for Sikhs. Sikhs also refer to gurdwaras as Gurdwara Sahib. People from all faiths are welcomed in gurdwaras. Each gurdwara has a Darbar Sahib where the current and everlasting guru of the Sikhs, the scripture Guru Granth Sahib, is placed on a takhat (an elevated throne) in a prominent central position. Any congregant (sometimes with specialized training, in which case they can be known by the term granthi) may recite, sing, and explain the verses from the Guru Granth Sahib, in the presence of the rest of the congregation.

Spiritually satisfying time. Impressed by the service devotion of volunteers. Indeed a noble cause for one god and all human beings in the society at large.

At this time of sort of lock down, this is subdued but for its prime purpose of prayers it's just right.

Lovely ambiance inside the prayer Hall. So peaceful in comparison with the busy noisey road just outside. And the Langar is amazing. Very serene. 🙏🙏🙏
