Really poor service, even going in the middle of the afternoon the queue is 9 people long because they only have two service desks open. I only wanted to deposit a cheque but their cheque deposit machine is out of order, shambolic - customers deserve better here

Always telling you to go to Ealing Broadway branch they cant solve your problem useless bank with unhelpfull staff.

Utter useless branch, might as well close it. Went in to do a international payment after being told to do so on the phone. 2 people in the branch and kept fobbing me to each other. Then being told to come next week when the 3 colleague comes back. And HSBC call itself a global bank!!!!!

We were told to go to Southall branch by Ealing Broadway branch after they “resource issues”. We got to Southall branch and the lady went above and beyond to help us transfer the fund that had to be done that day. I was pleasantly surprise how helpful they were after seeing not so many good google review. Unfortunately people tend to leave more review after bad service than good service. Thank you to the lady who helped us whose name we forgot but we know you moved to london from Birmingham long time ago:).

My bank statement is showing different about off money to what I have or what I have spent and has direct debits I disnt set up ! Only go into Thisbe branch if you’re part of the terrorist group 😂other vise they scam ya and pretend they stupid

Whenever I go to the bank there is a long queue need more staff and cashiers.

Worst bank service in Southall area. I have been there on Friday at 03:20, the banking lady beside the gate, for closing and she did not let me in . Still there 10 minutes left. But when I google it, shows open until 04:00. This is unexpectable.

Helpful and friendly staff, always an absolute pleasure to visit. My only grievance is the opening times.

Staff very slow always busy talking between themselves bank always closed when needed bank closes at 3:30 but the staff shuts down at 3 on the internet it says that it will close at 5 this is misleading people the manager needs to look at this
