Do not use this company. Flowers arrived dead/brown on my Birthday... they were in no water and heads were missing of stem. Complete waste of money.. I’ve since sent two emails to complain and sent pictures and no one has responded. Please do not waste your money with this company. I accept mistake get made but they can’t be bothered to follow up on complaints to rectify there mistakes, which had they done so I wouldn’t have no option but to leave this review.

Disgraceful service and products. Flowers died 2 days after arrival and only received 'we are sorry' !! Had to go via Amazon to start refund. Dont use this company. Have had no problems with otehr internet florists. Dont answer phone!

Flowers exactly as shown in picture on website and described, absolutely beautiful my mum was delighted. Also had to make a last minute change of delivery address and was accommodated by customer services without any problem, great service will definitely use again and highly recommend to everyone.

Much as I appreciate receiving flowers, I do not appreciate the idea of a dear loved one who's gone to a lot of trouble to send me these from overseas being ripped off. So having received a beautiful but bog-standard supermarket (£8?) bunch of flowers I had a look at the website and could see no bunches that matched what they sent, and which my sister would have paid a lot of money for! I guess they're banking on the sender never seeing what's actually been sent - well, it didn't work this time!

Beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived this morning💐 packaged carefully in a box.

Ordered flowers and balloons and didn’t came on time of the delivery instead it came 4 days after when its not needed. Tried contacting them via the phone number provided and the email but always busy and have not got any single reply back about it. Absolutely bad customer service would not recommend

Absolutely disgusting , arrived dead and brown , what an awful gift for the recipitent on Mothers day , promised a refund and now ignoring messages , the shop should be closed down and exposed
