I accidentally smashed my phone and the friend of mine recommended me BrandLab as a high-quality repairs service. I received my phone after 2 days I sent it to BrandLab and it looks like a brand new phone. I'm completely satisfied with BrandLab customer service and as fast as light repairs. I will definitely use BrandLab service and repairs in future and suggest it to my mates in case of emergency.=)

Very impressed with the service! Sent my phone as tracked delivery at 2pm on Tuesday, received it back by 10am the Thursday! Looks brand new and had even been cleaned. Also this was the best price I could find! Would definitely recommend and use again if needed!

I sent an iPad in for repair to a cracked screen and they have returned it today with a damaged LCD which was done during repair (LCD was checked thoroughly before repair was accepted and work commenced) so AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Best price. My MacBooks Pro would not power on. I took it to The Apple store and they told me it was liquid damaged and needed a new motherboard at a cost of over £600. I took it to Brandlab and they repaired it for a 3rd of the cost. Igor was fantastic from the beginning and spent many hours fixing it. Thank you.

Pros: Quick turn around. Battery is better than my original one. Cons: Screen clicks at the top which the rep said they can’t do anything about. It never clicked before the battery replacement. Cons: once the battery reaches about 20% the phone slows down and becomes virtually inoperable. The rep said it’s because the battery gets cold. This is not the case. The phone just doesn’t want to work on 20% or less battery. My original apple battery, even though it was beyond usable, worked fine right until 1%. This new battery causes the phone to lag and stop working. I’ve spoken to the reps at Brand Labs but they weren’t very helpfully.

After finding one of my toddlers had smashed the back of my iPhone I first looked on apple and it would have cost £450!! Not a chance! Then I found brandlab online £79 for a new back plus p and p not a bad deal! I ordered the pack it arrived Monday, posted it back the same day and had it back to me by Thursday! Great service!! Excellent service. I sent in my iPhone X with a shattered back screen via mail. Right away when booking the service, they contacted me confirming that they received my request to repair and payment. The turnaround time was really quick, 24h repair plus the sending, despite Covid-19. The phone was sent back professionally packaged, looks again brandnew and works perfectly. Thanks for your fantastic work and the quick turnaround. Handing in your phone is quite a step, so I was very happy to be reunited with it much earlier than expected.

Excellent service. Can't thank Brandlab enough. I needed the repair of Ipad air 4 due to water damage, which happened as a result of being caught in heavy rain and ipad was soaked in the bag it was in. This resulted in the screen being black/grey with an all over cloud-like appearance. It was only 6mth old and I didn't have much hope of it being repairable. However Brandlab proved me wrong. Their service was really efficient, excellent customer contact - kept informed of repair progress and repair cost was reasonable. The device looks brand new. No evidence of repair from the outside. Can't praise them enough and would highly recommend. I've attached a photo of working ipad.
