I have been attending the wellness centre since August last year. I have manual lymphatic drainage and acupuncture with Gierde. I have been welcomed and always felt comfortable enough to explain how I am feeling. Gierde always listens keenly before and during my treatment. This has meant that she tailors every treatment according to what is going on in my body and mind. Most recently I attended with my blood pressure at 177/101, after my treatment, my blood pressure had gone down to 137/88. The clinic is clean, professional and covid compliant. Totally recommended this centre.

I've started going to the Wellness Therapy Centre Croydon last summer for my back pain. Alan has been absolutely brilliant and knowledgeable. He always explains clearly what he is going to work on and the benefits of what he is doing. I have not had a back pain again since I've started going here. Also, the other members of staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them :)

I've been going there for years. Kelly is my go to for facials and she is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, caring, friendly & helpful.... so is the whole team. I've recently enjoyed reflexology treatments with Suprina for the same reasons. It's always a treat and I can only recommend their services.

I saw Kelly for my first ever legs and male intimate waxing this afternoon. I immediately felt comfortable with her in spite of well, being naked from the waste down. She worked professionally and efficiently and throughout the treatment we had a nice chat too. The treatment did not hurt nearly as much as I had anticipated beforehand, something that surprised me and I think shows how well Kelly knows what she is doing. The results are also very nice looking and I have immediately booked in my next appointment.

I was recommended this centre, along with two others, by my private medical insurers. I decided to go with the Wellness Therapy Centre as the lady who picked up the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly, answered my numerous questions about osteopathy and booked me in for an appointment at a convenient time. I am really pleased with how quickly my arm and shoulder has improved since attending regular osteopathy sessions at the centre. They also conduct a thorough Q&A ahead of your first session which ensures they are taking all your medical history into account before starting treatment.

I chose to use this clinic as it was quite local to me in Croydon. I went there when I was having lower back and leg pains. I was seen by Alan who was very polite and knowledgeable about what could be causing me the pain ,he went through everything with me in great detail and made me feel very much at ease regarding the treatment he was going to give to me and the various exercises I would need to do . After going 4 times now I can definitely say that the improvement has been brilliant and I am now getting back to my normal self. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is in need of this type of treatment.

I saw Alan for an osteopathic consultation durring the lockdown. He has helped me with some back issues, by getting a better posture, unblocking some lower back and shoulder blockages. Alan is very efficient and professional and I recommend his services to those in needs. He also used PPE durring the hole visit, along with a well maintained cross infection, which made me feel comfortable and safe during these challenging times.

Had a massage done by Giulia and I must say it was the best I've had done in a long time. She informed me what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Will be going back

I have been suffering from back pain my whole life and I have seen many specialists before but none of them have been able to solve my back issues, until I booked appointment with osteopath Alan to have consultation. Alan explained everything thoroughly before advising the treatment plan. The service from my first visit has been nothing but excellent and he has always been very attentive. Each appointment has been carried out with care and high quality and I am extremely happy with the results as I have been living pain free since. I simply can not recommend Alan enough, he is highly skilled osteopath.

I've visited the osteopath a few times with mainly back but also leg, shoulder and neck pain. Alan always explains exactly what he's going to do and why, and checks often that I'm comfortable with what he is or what hes about to do. He also give advice on stretches, exercise and posture changes to improve my condition. I've been happy with my treatment so far and will continue to go whenever I am in pain. I also recently visited Michaela the chiropodist, and she made what could be an uncomfortable procedure very easy, she did exactly what I needed, gave me advice and didnt pressure me to make a follow up appointment, so i can instead book when I need it. Thanks guys!

Great service. Michaela took good care of my feet and provided a wealth of aftercare advice including remedial exercises for my foot pain whereas other podiatrists have just suggested insoles rather than empowering me to take corrective action. I’ll definitely be back

I have been going here since 2005 and I still have not found a beauty salon like it in London. The only reason I don't go more often is that I no longer live in Croydon. But I am happy to travel back to the salon for specific services. The rooms are relaxing, the beauty treatments are great. Their waxing services are very good - swift, minimal pain and good coverage. Kelly, in particular, is a great therapist.

I went in for a facial and for a long standing spot that had become quite engrained in my lip and needed a professional to help remove. I saw Genka and I couldn't have been happier. She was extremely friendly and very gentle with me. I was glowing by the time I left and will definitely be recommending and returning again. Extremely professional and accommodating. I've worked at the Wellness Therapy Centre on a part-time basis for 9 months as a massage therapist for women and it has been a lovely experience. Both customers and staff have been a pleasure to work with. The clinic is very clean and organised, and the other therapists are professional and friendly. Alan in particular has been very accommodating to my religious needs e.g only being able to massage women and even offered a prayer space which I really appreciate. Overall, it has been a great experience working here.

The centre is lovely and clean. Staff are very friendly and professional. They don’t try and badger you to have any treatment. This centre does lots of different treatment and has something for everyone including health and wellness. I had a full facial and back rub with Jenka. She is lovely and gave me a fantastic treatment. I would highly recommend both Jenka and the centre. Looking forward to my next treatment.
