My recent experience at the dentist's office was incredibly disappointing. Not only did the dentist struggle to perform a basic teeth refill, but after three unsuccessful attempts, I ended up needing a crown instead. Initially, I thought it was just my teeth situation, but to my dismay, my husband faced the same problem during his refill appointment. I would highly recommend checking the dentist's experience before booking an appointment to avoid wasting your time and money. And tust your instincts if you have a negative feeling right from the start.

While the treatment is excellent and dentists are really skilled but the reception staff (some) are really unprofessional, we had an appointment , despite reaching on time, the reception staff sent us back stating we were late , while we returned searched for proof of exact appointment time, after showing the proof of appointment they acknowledged that it was a system error. Next time when you request for an appointment make sure you have proof of the same.

Had a chipped tooth done there a while ago only for it to break again soon afterwards. Procedure redone and again broken, then when I returned they started explaining why it will always break and advised me to leave it as it is - not sure why they didn't give this advice in the first place. During the first procedure the junior dentist even forgot to numb my gums and started fixing my teeth which caused me a huge amount of pain before realising and doing it. She did apologise for the mistake. I did ask to see someone else when it came off the first time and was told it would be a very long wait and ended up seeing the same person. Eventually I tried to have it redone, it got move twice due to Covid and we agreed I should call when there are less restrictions to rebook, but to my surprised when I did they said they can't book me because the two previous ones were marked as no show - simply incredible. I have seen similar comments from others so maybe they are using Covid as excuse to take more private patients.

Worst dentis in Croydon, I was in so much pain and the male tall asian dentis was so careless, rude, and told me he cant help me and I should go back to my previous dentis, he refused to give me any treatment. Worst experience ever, I left in tears and pain. It was only my second appointment. He should not be a dentis as he do not care at all, avoid him at all cost.

The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very nice and informative. My mum and I came in a couple of weeks back and the dentist Nikesh along with the receptionist team, provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs! The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding.

Jade is a young lady with a learning disability. Nick the dentist has been brilliant with her. Jade was very scared of the dentist. Nicks patience and understanding has really helpful, she's still nervous, but Jade will now go to the dentist. We would like to thank everyone at the dental surgery for their help and understanding.

Best place to go if you are looking for a practice that laughs at you when you make a complaint (Dr Patel) and if you are looking for a mouthful of shoddy fillings this is the place to go... So much for 17 years of loyalty, an absolutely shameless practice. Thanks to this place I have lost 2 teeth because of poor advise.

Priyanka worst dentist I have met in my life,didn't care about anything just have quick look and that was,I had to tell her to take xray. She keep saying I can't do this and that because of covid but she was wear her own clothes from outside she was very lazy and careless and her nurse was not trained how to do her job e.g not changed gloves,left the room with the same glove and didn't changed,the instruments were on table and not pouch i will never going there.

Refused to see my 9 month pregnant wife because she was 5 minutes late to the appointment despite her phoning to say she would be late and being told it was fine and therefore making the effort to get there. Disgraceful practice, lacking basic ethics

Saving grace was dentist Ritesh and his friendly nursing team. Dealt with the problem swiftly however I'm disappointed with quality of service provided by the receptionist. I understand all to well running on time constraints of people coming late even if it is 10 minutes can be difficult to manage even if they have a child or a pregnant wife however there seemed to be a lack of politeness of how the receptionist dealt with the situation. Anyway on a positive note the medical service seems to be of a high standards.

Staff have given bad experiences on multiple visits. Had to make a complaint against reception staff. No confidence in dentist and sought second opinion who confirmed his recommendation was incorrect

Standard of care is negligently low especially to NHS patients. I had two big holes in my back teeth on both sides. It's so big that i could put my finger in them, then only for the dentist to tell me that she cannot see any holes. Furthermore one of my tooth was evidently wobbly and even that she claimed that she couldn't see. When i asked for advice of how to address gaps in teeth, she suggested bonding then gave the price while saying that it will make my teeth look very big. I'll be making an official complaint So I ended up visiting another dentist a few weeks later who had to do an emergency referral to have both my wisdom tooth extracted (these were the one that had the massive holes) as I was informed that it would threaten the health of my other teeth. The referral dentist asked why I left it so long - so this is what happens when dentist discriminate against NHS patients over private patients

I have been with this practice for about 10 years . My dentist is Henna and she's cured my phobia of dentists. I had 2 teeth out this week! Normally you would get some discomfort but, no pain at all! I had a huge infection in one of the teeth, my face was so swollen. The very next day my face was normal and no pain at all. I feel absolutely fantastic. Hennas nurse Jade is absolutely fantastic! I'm a big baby so, Jade holds my hand. The reseption staff are fantastic! Best reception staff I've ever visited. This dentist practice is perfect to me. I finally have a healthy mouth and can now smile at people. Thanks everyone your all amazing.

I was very please happy with the exceptional care and friendliness I experienced today by Raskin (sorry for spelling) and Carla. They doubled checked on any of my concerns and made me feel comfortable. They were very clean and professional. And thank you to the dentist upstairs who gave a helping hand. I had my two front teeth done by Arati, I was very impressed by all the staff and how professional they all were. I'm usually a very nervous patient when it comes to getting my teeth done but on this occasion I felt very comfortable and would highly recommend to anyone.

I really needed helped with my teeth.I have a bleeding hun and a broke teeth. I had so many issues going on with me mentally and physically and I explained this to them but they didn't care to they banned me from the practise because I missed a couple of appointments And now I don't know where I can go to get my teeth fixed.

Iv just recently started coming to croydon dental practice and all I can say is wow. The girls at reception go above and beyond to try and get an appointment as soon as possible. They’re all so polite and easy to speak to. Arati has been mine and my 2 sons dentist and she was incredible with my 3 year old making him feel at ease and allowed her to look at his teeth which he won’t ever go near anyone let alone allow them to look at his teeth! So that alone was 5* for me and myself I’m very nervous of the dentist but again she makes me feel at ease. And I’m so happy with her work I highly reccomend croydon dental practice!

Amazing Service and positive Experience from Heeena Patel the Dentist & Anjali Patel , the Nurse. I did not feel anything except being relaxed , procedure was over without me feeling any discomfort. They checked if I was fine throughout. Worst dental practice ever! Their manager and their dentists lack of experience.. Their bad assessment ended up destroying my molar tooth. After messing around and destroying my tooth their response was "sorry" but you need a surgery! Avoid at all times!!!!!

After reading so many mixed reviews, I took the chance and visited the practise today. I had been looking for a dentist for a while and I surely wasn’t disappointed. I was greeted by the kind, helpful reception staff and the experience only got better throughout my visit. I met with Dr Heena Patel, who really is a credit to rest of the team there. She was so gentle, accommodating, patient and overall a fantastic dentist. Her expertise in the industry really did show throughout my check up. She managed to solve my problem in less than 5 minutes. Huge successful trip for me and this will definitely be my regular dentist and practise from now.

Good Dentist, they do good work on your teeth but needs to do something about their customer service, you cannot get them on the phone and when you do visit the place, it's not busy but all their customer advisers are glued to the phones, who they are speaking to?, beats me since the phone is never answered.

Wow! I had great customer service over the phone today (16.05 4.40pm). The receptionist was pleasant, helpful and patient! A credit to the team and a vast improvement of previous calls I've had to arrange a simple dental appointment.

Thankful whilst *some* NHS dentists refusing new clients the team were able to. see me and diagnose 2 teeth needed removing. Couldn't have hope for more helpful team. Thank you

Even though I had an HC2 certificate ( exempt) I was informed that treatment was not covered by NHS when in fact does all 3 bands

Had issues previously but they openly apologised and fixed the issues, the service is always lovely when I go in from start to finish.

Waste of my time, dentist rude and knicker twitchy over patients, abusive, claims she can’t do a task because it’s NOT WORT IT and refuses me dental treatment Gives me a bad gut feeling in the waiting room. All my family goes there. Always nice doctors! Called in an emergency for baby and one of the doctors looked after us after 30min! Didn't expect that quickly because this surgery is very busy. Sometimes for check up need to wait a bit longer but it's worth because job is done well, nothing is falling out after half year like from other place experience, crown was made for me 6years ago still everything is fine. Kids are always happy to go there - I guess not all kids gets excited for dentist appointment... My older one never wanted to go for our old surgery but now he asks me all the time when is chek up date. I really like this place.

Registered and booked an appointment. When doing so I was told that if I don't attend and don't give 24 hours notice of cancellation I will be removed from the records and banned from coming back. The day of my appointment I received a call and was told they have to cancel it and to rebook. I rebooked for the next available appointment which was the following week. On the day of that appointment I was called and told they are cancelling the appointment again. They don't care about you, your appointment, and they definitely don't care that we take time out of our days to attend. I cannot recommend this place and judging by all the other reviews, neither can others. It's a shame because the other reviews say the dentist's are actually good, it's the customer service and reception staff which is the problem.

I was in an emergency situation and it was Friday afternoon. The reception team was very helpful and supportive. Dr P. was amazing. Clean and bright waiting area.

My kids actually enjoy coming to the dentist as their lovely dentist is such a nice lady, she’s very attentive and makes them feel at ease and always gives great advice.

I paid a lot for a simple filling, after 3 failed attempts... now they refuse to refund me or make it right! Do youself a favor and stay away from this place

I highly recommend this practice especially Darsh ! I have been receiving Invisalign treatment and Darsh has explained in detail every step of my treatment and made me feel as ease especially as I have a phobia of dentists. It took a lot of courage to undergo this treatment but Darsh has been there every step of the way ! Without his patience, understanding and expert knowledge I would still be avoiding photos ! Now I photo bomb wherever I can. Ive received such lovely comments about my treatment and I always recommend this practice All my family are now under this practice including the children who are all under 11 My partner is now up next to undergo treatment and I know Darsh and his staff will be there to help him with his treatment. I am one happy lady and I love my smile that Darsh and his team have helped me to achieve and boosted my confidence ! I strongly suggest if you want lovely teeth and a smile then do not hesitate book that appointment with Darsh !
