Rich was very friendly, running his business for 15 years and the service was impeccable! The kids loved the castle and was very prompt in setting it all up for us. High reccomened, lots of choice and very fairly priced as well.

Like everyone else, I had a brilliant experience with Kingies. Another company cancelled the day before my son’s party (and to be fair put me in touch with Kingies) and Rich brought us a bouncy castle and soft play set the next day. The set was of a high quality and all felt very safe. Brilliant service, excellent communication, very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend.

Rich was brilliantly communicative throughout which really helped to put me at ease. He arrived when he said he would both for setting-up and collection. We ordered the bouncy castle for children and adults alike and it was a HUGE hit! Also ordered a soft play set which also went down extremely well.

We hired a car themed bouncy castle for my sons 2nd birthday from Kingies and can’t fault their service. I initially called and spoke to Rich who confirmed availability for the date required. I then sent through photos of my garden to ensure it was suitable then received an email confirmation of our booking. The delivery and set up took no longer than 15 minutes, very swift and professional. It was so easy to inflate / deflate just by the switch of a button and all the kids loved it. We had it collected the next morning again with no issues what so ever. I will 100% be using the company again for the years to come.

Kingies Castles were a superb choice for my daughter's 8th! Set up was prompt, professional and willing to work around our plans. Kids are hard to please at that age, but every one of them absolutely loved the Castle and additional games. Value for money on top of that. Highly recommended!

I had the ‘fun run’ bouncy castle for my son’s 7th birthday party and it really made the party for everyone, it was fun all round. The babies, young children, teenagers and even adults enjoyed it! Great service, very accommodating in helping to choose a suitable size bouncy castle for the venue we had hired and knew the venue from previous bookings so was able to advise us well. Hired a bouncy castle from here after a friend recommended them. The customer service is amazing, I didn’t get the castle I originally ordered as it got damaged but I was well informed and was more than happy with the replacement. The website is really easy to use and their prices are very reasonable considering what you get. I will definitely be using their service again !

Hired kingies for my sons first brithday and couldn't be happier with the service we received. They knew the venue so were able to advise on the best type of bouncy castle would work and kept me informed on the day of their timings and such. Excellent value for money and I'm not sure if the adults or children enjoyed themselves more.

We booked the bouncy slide online, which was a very easy process. Rich was very helpful and the communication was spot on regarding the delivery and pick up. The bouncy slide was set up in like 5 mins and we all had such an amazing time! The children absolutely loved it. Was extremely helpful when I called him last minute to rescue my daughters birthday after Party Bounce Play failed to turn up or pick my calls after accepting my booking online . Brilliant experience, Rich was really helpful and everything ran smoothly. Arrived when he said he would, communicated throughout, advised us and gave options on what would work best in our space. We ended up choosing the Bouncy slide and some garden toys. The event was for 80 people in our garden, the kids were so well entertained leaving the parents to have a fantastic afternoon! Would definitely recommend this company.

Can’t thank Kingies Castles enough. Rich and his team are so helpful and Martin was amazing when he delivered the castle as he helped cover it for us as it was spitting. Rich was so lovely keeping in touch with us as the weather looked hit & miss. We had the Bronze package for my daughters 1st birthday party (castle, ball pit & bubble machine) fantastic value and all of the kids had a blast all day going from one thing to the next! Us adults had time to eat while they played and the whole day was fantastic due to the castle and ball pit. We had a lot of kids over for our daughters birthday party and the bouncy castle was the main attraction. From ordering to having it picked up the service was faultless. Hired the mega slide and a large bouncy castle for a school summer fair. Absolutely amazing. I was in a right pickle when my children's entertainer cancelled the day before the party. Rich was fully booked but still went out of his way to accommodate me. Found a solution, came on time, promptly put everything up with his team. Thoroughly went through everything so we were safe and knew what we were doing. Slide was a MASSIVE HIT. I honestly cannot express enough at how amazing Kingies castles were. They went above and beyond to help me make sure my day went with out any hick ups. Due to hall measurements they even brought 2 other bouncy castles along with them just to ensure that of my original booking didn’t fit in my hall they had spare smaller ones with them to ensure whatever happened we would be guaranteed to have one. We used the services of Kingies Castles yesterday and we were not disappointed! The rainbow bouncy castle with the slide was a big hit with the kids (mostly 5 year old ones). Rich was professional and punctual. Came on time to set up and collect. I would definitely recommend! FYI The picture was taken before the guests arrived! Afterwards they were all crazy bouncing and sliding.
