Had my lounge fitted today and I'm really made up with it. Ordering was easy, happy with the quote. Fitters turned up on time, were cheerful and got on with the job. Really pleased and very confident in recommending them. Will be ordeing from them again next week. We'll done youve earned this review.

Just had a through lounge and hall and landing carpet fitted by Kevin and his cousin from Litherland Carpets, that arrived on time and did a fantastic job, they were very friendly and cleaned up all the off cuts when they finished. It was a top quality carpet and I would recommend Litherland Carpets for quality and reliability.

I've used Litherland Carpets for many years. Can't fault them. Had a new bedroom carpet fitted by them this morning. Great service, as always. Already planning for hall, stairs, landing, living room and dining room, over the next few weeks. Can't imagine using any other Carpet company, now.

Lovely finished hall,landing and stairs job and helped removed old alarm wiring that I was wary to touch. Fixed a couple of floor issues from previous work done years ago. Silver carpet plates set whole thing off.Wife very pleased.Both fellas worked hard and friendly, didn't get their names.

Amazing service, asked a local shop for a quote & they took a whole week to actually get back to me and then didn’t turn up at my house when they were meant to measure. So went to litherland carpets and omg what a difference in service, was able to order a carpet there and then and have it fitted within 2 days! Great value & excellent quality carpet too, this is how you run a business!

Had my carpet done on Friday by this company and I honestly couldn’t fault anything they turned up on time, done everything properly, the carpet looks absolutely amazing! Thankyou guys!

Just had lino fitted in kitchen on not the best floor. Didn't get mans name. No moaning just got job done and better than I thought it could be done. Fantastic. Defo recommend

Sorted someone to come out and give a quote on a big job, was booked in twice and both times was let down with bad excuses. No contact. I had to contact them to see if they where still coming both times. I took time off work for nothing. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Such a shame as I was recommended by various people but been let down too much.

Don’t return phone calls to arrange measurements Even after a second call & the chap telling me twenty mins here I am sat with my new flooring from strand carpets 4 weeks later

The man that came to do my measurements was so nice. The man in the shop was too busy to help much and so rude. Took my business some where else. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I have used Litherland for nearly 30 years now. Just had living room done Perfect. All my houses and my kids houses have been done by them. The lads are great. I have recommended them so many times always pleased with jobs. Never had a problem. Don’t know why previous post said someone was rude I’ve never experienced it. Kevin the fitter and his side kick is so friendly and helpful.
