Fosters looked after the catering for our wedding on 27 May '23 at Ufton Court and provided a full wrap around service that also included dressing the tables to our unique specification, running the bar, and all sorts of ad-hoc jobs to ensure the day went incredible smoothly. We had the best day of our lives and much was thanks to Foster's. The food options prior to the wedding were incredibly diverse and provided a wide range of informal and more formal options; we went for the "posh bbq" which was absolutely incredible and something our guests raved about. The options for evening food were equally generous and while we played it safe going for pizza, the pizza did not disappoint and many of our guests have since commented on how good it was. Prior to the wedding ceremony, Foster's also kindly set up an outside temporary bar and served the drinks we provided which added an extra dimension to the day and a really cool way to enjoy the pre-ceremony live music with a drink in the guests hand. While being impeccable caterers, they also ran a fun bar in the evening and weren't phased by some no doubt pretty drunk guests who were making the most of the wedding! They certainly went with the flow and made it a fun filled night. We would recommend Foster's in a heartbeat - we simply couldn't have asked for anything more and, importantly, we felt their prices were equally fair and their food was delicious; so many of our guests have since made comments about the food which speaks volumes. From start to finish Darren and Kirsty were fantastic to work with. We opted for canapes then a BBQ for our main meal, due to numbers we had it served as sharing platters which worked perfectly. All our guests commented on the food plus the service, saying it was exceptional. For our evening food we had their fabulous breakfast baps which again we're a massive hit. We highly recommend Foster's!

We are so happy to have chosen Fosters to cater for our wedding (at Ufton Court). We are both vegan, so wanted to have a vegan 3-course sit-down meal for the wedding breakfast and vegetarian/vegan pizzas in the evening. Most of our guests were not veggie/vegan but so many of them (incl. the committed meat-eaters) were telling us in the days and weeks after the wedding how much they loved the food. The most rave reviews were for the sun-dried tomato, spinach & chickpea pie; the avocado chocolate mouse; and the pizzas in the evening. We also had a couple of guests with potentially challenging dietary requirements who were happily catered for. Having compared to a few other catering companies, we felt the price was very good and excellent value for money. The costs were also really clear from the brochure and there were no hidden costs. Darren and Kirsty were great at answering our queries (in person, on Zoom and via email). We cannot speak highly enough of Fosters. Fantastic food at excellent value. One of the only wedding caterers we came across that had no hidden costs, and were happy to go the extra mile with a few unique choices we made. Our guests loved the food and we were really impressed with the service on the day. They are total pros and know exactly what they are doing - I would absolutely recommend them.

Fosters catered for our wedding earlier this month, and they knocked it out of the park. All the food was lovely and the staff were all very friendly. Darren handled our food planning like a proper consultation, happy to work with us on ingredients, and provide suggestions from our vague ideas. The pizza cart was great. Foster's catered our wedding in February 2023 and we can't thank them enough for making the day so special. Darren, Kirsty and the team were so helpful and professional throughout the entire process, answering our many questions and going above and beyond to ensure everything was stress-free. The Mexican feast and wood-fired pizza at our wedding were absolutely delicious and our guests were singing their praises, with some commenting it was the best wedding food they'd ever had! Foster's also catered really well for children and for our guests with dietary requirements. We would recommend Foster's to anyone, our wedding really wouldn't have been the same without them.

They went above and beyond and we can’t thank them enough for making our day so magical. Our guests loved the food and the sharing bbq and pizzas were perfect for the beautiful sunny day we were blessed with. Lots of people commented on how friendly and smiley the Fosters staff members were, which helped to facilitate a lovely, laid back vibe to the day. We knew that Fosters (alongside the brilliant Chloe at Ufton Court) had everything in hand which meant we could truly relax and enjoy our day. During the planning stages Darren and Kirsty were friendly, helpful and always quick to reply to questions. We had a lovely tasting session with them. They ensured we had everything sorted in terms of set up (eg table decor, place names etc) checking in regularly and asking helpful questions ahead of the big day. On the day itself Fosters were so helpful, setting up the barn while also running our drinks reception and meals incredibly smoothly. They noticed I hadn’t had a pizza in the evening and boxed me up a special one (which I very much enjoyed at 3am that night!). It is these additional touches (as well as the delicious food of course) that puts Fosters so far ahead of other catering companies. I’m so thrilled we booked them; I truly feel I experienced the best ever wedding catering at my own wedding which is a fantastic feeling! I would recommend them in a heart beat. So many of our guests said our wedding was the best they’d ever attended and I know Fosters played a big part in that. Thank you so much Fosters!

We’ve eaten at multiple Michelin star restaurants and Fosters food beat them all. We struggled to actually pick what dessert the have they were all so amazing. We booked Foster’s Catering for our wedding in September at Ufton Court and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. From the very beginning, all of our interactions with them were fantastic and made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. Darren and Kirsty were incredibly helpful during our email conversations, initial meeting and tasting session and answered the huge amount of questions we had. Their experience and knowledge was clear and so useful for us to plan and make our day a day to remember. All of the food was spectacular and the wedding was everything we’d hoped it would be. One of the hardest decisions we had to make in the whole process was which of the different dishes served at the tasting session we wanted to pick for our menu as they were all incredible! On the day itself, all of the staff were fantastic, polite and couldn’t have done more to help us. We were always kept informed and told everything we needed to know and the whole day happened seamlessly without us worrying or needing to think about it at all. Not only were we completely happy with Foster’s, we also received many compliments from our guests about how good the food and staff were. All in all, we don’t think we could have made a better choice.

Right from our very first meeting with Darren the service that Fosters provided was first class. The tasting menu afternoon was brilliant and really helped us to whittle down our choices. On the day the food, table set up and service we're perfect. We had so many positive comments from friends and family about the meal. Wow!! What amazing catering... From start to finish, Darren, Kirsty and the team accommodated our every request more than happily. The food on our wedding day was very important to us, ensuring it set the tone for the type of day we wanted and Fosters did not let us down. Wow!!! We thought the food Fosters provided was amazing but since our wedding we have had nothing but compliments & comments about the incredible food which was served. Both BBQ & Pizza was to die for, Darren & his cooks are amazing. We also had fosters supply us with bar staff which was also amazing service. Kirsty kept communicating with my husband & I throughout the day. They even helped with a little mishap with the cake which had nothing to do with them. Fosters are amazing! They catered our wedding on 26/11/22. We had an unexpected delay on the day which meant our ceremony happened over an hour later but Fosters handled it all with such ease and patience. The food was incredible, we got married on a cold November day and didn’t want anything too formal but also didn’t want to compromise on quality and taste - Fosters delivered the most amazing canapés, sharing platter to start and individual pie and mash for the main - everyone loved it! The whole team during the day were so friendly and a delight to have with us - would 100% recommend! Thank you again Foster’s!

Foster’s provided the catering for our daughter’s wedding at Ufton Court last Sunday. We first contacted Darren in Feb 2020 in anticipation of a June 2021 wedding. Unfortunately we had to postpone a year due to Covid and Darren and Kirsty were happy to move the date. There were several options available and the food we chose was truly delicious, well presented and served. They all worked so hard. All our guests were very complimentary saying how much they enjoyed the food from the canapes at the drinks reception to the wedding breakfast and pizza in the evening. The waiting staff also served the drinks we provided for the drinks reception and wedding breakfast. Darren and Kirsty were very professional and we benefitted from their vast experience in catering for weddings with regards to timings for the day and liaising with the venue co-ordinator and other suppliers, which was very helpful. Foster’s were excellent from start to finish and we would happily recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Darren, Kirsty and all your team!

Outstanding service and food. Fosters catered for my wedding of 120 guests, and even though we asked for a complicated, vegetarian-only menu, Darren and Kirsty were brilliant. We got so many comments from the guests saying how great the food was.

We chose Fosters to cater our Wedding in 2020. COVID meant the day had to be postponed twice - Darren and team couldn't have been more flexible and understanding. During the planning phase, they were nothing but helpful, offering advice and expertise all the way through. On the day, the team ran everything slickly and professionally. The main event - the BBQ smoker menu - was superb and every bit as good as we hoped it would be. Even those who "don't like BBQ" changed their minds and everyone went away very well fed. Guests with dietary requirements were very impressed and felt catered for and not an afterthought. Comments from guests have been nothing but positive and for some, the food was the highlight of the day, not the actual wedding!! Big, big thanks to Darren, Kirsty and the Team for playing a big part in making a very special day.

Used Fosters Catering for an after work BBQ. From the outset communication was prompt and efficient. Good choice of menus. On the day, set up was easy and we had a delicious BBQ cooked by Eric with a great selection of salads and meat and vegetarian options and a choice of desserts. Fosters provided all the catering for my daughters wedding two weeks ago which had been on hold for two years. The starters were fantastic, the main meal superb and the deserts outstanding. Everyone that I talked to that day raved about your food. I have been to many weddings over the years and never have I had food like theirs. The whole team were very friendly and hard working, ( especially the nice couple running the bar ) Should I ever be in need of caterers in the future these people would be at the top of my list. Amazing company to deal with, so helpful in the run up to our wedding and accommodating when plans kept changing due to covid including our wedding date changing and numbers changing up until very close to the wedding date. Both being vegetarian, we opted for all food at the wedding to be vegetarian and all our guests loved the food despite the majority of them not being vegetarian. Could not fault Fosters in anyway, they were amazing throughout and so glad we had them as our caterer! Would 110% use them for other events and recommend them to friends and family.
