When we first entered their showroom we were impressed by the friendly, professional manner and really helpful advice from Richard. Then the kitchen fitters, electrician and plasterer were all efficient, considerate and clearly motivated to produce a high quality finish and take pride in their work. Communication throughout the experience was excellent and inevitable challenges as a result of lockdown were dealt with as efficiently as possible. We would recommend Kitchen Craft without reservation!

From the moment we visited the showroom Sophie gave us her full attention and this continued throughout the process. Our kitchen was designed by Andy and we had the design altered over a couple of weeks as we decided on colour and draws etc. Price was no more than Wren for the same quality but Andy spent more time asking questions before starting our design than Wren spent on the whole design. The Wren designer looked at our existing kitchen photographs and just reproduced the kitchen in there software without adding anything. Andy added the wood effect features which we love including the little round breakfast bar, as we lost the place that we used to sit.

Wow! What transformation absolutely fantastic kitchen diner. KC are excellent kitchen designers Dean long came to our home measured up drawn up some plans to our needs, wowed us from the first time we seen plans so excited. Had the wall taken down from our small kitchen connecting to a unused dining room and a small pantry window bricked up to make room for wall units to go round towards kitchen window. So much space we have now and looks stunning. Dean was a very knowledgeable man yrs of experience had cabinets made to fit our free standing washer & dryer and looks amazing. Dean was very patient with us a few minor issues but was there to help every step of the way. We have had so many lovely compliments saying it looks like a show room kitchen, Thank you for our dream kitchen.

Beautiful kitchen, expertly designed, delivered and fitted by Kitchen Craft From start to finish, a truly professional job Jess, the Worksop manager & kitchen designer, came out to measure & draw up a new design based on my personal requests. After a few tweaks for colour & finishes I had the perfect plan. It was delivered on time and fitted by Ash & Rob (Worksop’s Ant & Dec) two outstanding fitters. I was kept up to date with progress every step of the way. You have only got to look at the pictures to see the excellent job they did and the outstanding quality & finish of the kitchen overall. We wanted to give our kitchen a new look from wooden work tops to quarts. Kitchen kraft helped us pick out the perfect worktop to re vamp the kitchen. We had samples sent out in the post, with about 12-15 to choose from we found the perfect one for us. A special thanks to Sophie who helped us every step of the way and the guys who came to measure up and fit. All round great service and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my new kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Helpful when I went in, but didn't send a quote through that was promised for the next day. I didn't chase them. Why would I when there's plenty more kitchen companies out there? Wouldn't recommend. They are probably only interested in larger projects.

We wanted inspiration for a new kitchen and when we walked into Kitchen Crafts Chesterfield showroom we found this. Our designer Mark was very patient with us and came up with something special for us. The service provided was excellent from start to finish. All trades were fully sorted and coordinated throughout - this included the plumber, electrician, plaster. As for our kitchen fitter Phil, he went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect including cleaning our house every night! We can thoroughly recommend Kitchen Craft and in particular Mark & Phil if you after something special.

Dean at Kitchen Craft Design was incredibly helpful and listened to what we wanted for our new kitchen (which was a pleasant change to the service we received at a number of other places who seemed to want to redesign what we knew wanted!). The kitchen is excellent quality, arrived on time and Dean quickly dealt with a couple of issues and extra items required. The price was the most competitive we had quoted and the appliances included were great quality. We were recommended Kitchen Craft Design by a family member who have used them previously, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them anyone wanting a great service and end result.

We have been working with Kitchen Craft for 20 years now. Always thrilled with their designs and the finished rooms, that’s why we keep going back to them! We have worked with most of the designers, all great, but Mark took on the mammoth task of a double refurbishment of the kitchen and our utility/auxiliary kitchen/puppy spa - not your average utility. He took on all our, quite specific, requirements with good grace and humour, as we started the design process, literally a week before the first lock down. We were lucky that we were able to be flexible on timescale, and they worked around our schedules to fit, and waited until we could have a clear run, with all the restrictions and isolating that the last year has thrown out. The whole process has been relatively smooth and finished, in time for Christmas, which is remarkable. Not only did Mark create everything that we wanted, it is even better than we could of imagined, with additional tweaks by Richard. We expected it to be good, but the finished room are literally life changing. The whole team have been a complete joy to have around, socially distanced of course, from design, rip out, delivery, rubbish removal; to the amazing fitting by Phil; the great co-ordination by Nigel, to the recommended electrician and plasterer. Being a local firm, there is that personal service, that may be lost with larger companies. Being such a big job, I couldn’t have imagined going anywhere else, and felt able to pick up the phone at any time to Mark or Nigel, and to be honest, any of the showroom team, to check and co-ordinate the whole process. Always up for a challenge, the team have designed us 2 kitchens, 2 utilities, 2 bathrooms (when they were also Bathroom World), fitted out our dining room, and created a vanity, double sink unit and 2 bedside cabinets just for us alone. We also ordered 2 kitchen to go, for our grown up children, as well as replacement units for my parents kitchen, after a flood.

Kitchen Craft have just completed my new kitchen and it is quite simply stunning! From the moment the process was started by Sophie Sheppard I was blown away with the attention to detail and the fact that nothing was too much trouble. Sophie ensured everything on my wish list was accommodated and the completed design was better than I could have ever imagined. From that point forwards Sophie put me in touch with Gary Middleton who ensured the old kitchen rip out was completed with as little mess as possible and all the first fix elements were all done as required. At that point Ashley Hall arrived, the kitchen fitter, who we had asked for through a recommendation from a friend. What a personality and what attention to detail!! Ash was the perfect person to complete the full installation; he ensured all the items requested were delivered and chased up constantly when a couple of electrical items were later than planned. He ensured we were always kept in the loop and worked tirelessly to get the job done as quickly but meticulously as possible. Ash was so easy to talk to and ask questions about the kitchen, he takes massive pride in his work and clearly has a passion for it, which shines through, especially when he unveils the progress made each day. It was a pleasure to see him create the kitchen, he has a great energy and sense of humour and what has been produced is amazing 😊 I’ve added before and after photos to try and show the transformation. Our kitchen is amazing. I want to say thank you to Sophie for designing it exactly how we wanted. It's turned out even better than expected! We had a few issues and delays due to snow and a broken sink but Robyn really helped us out and kept us informed of when a new one would be sent out to us. And Ash Hall our kitchen fitter was amazing. His attention to detail on everything was brilliant. Worked late nights to get it finished and nothing was too much trouble. From my first visit to the Chesterfield Kitchen Craft Design showroom through to the completion of the work, nothing was too much trouble for any of the team there. Andy, my designer, was accommodating, patient and professional. He guided me through what, for me, was difficult, and we ended up with an excellent design which I’m thrilled with. So bright, fresh looking and practical too. The fitters were great to have around and worked hard to get everything right. Thank you to all. I’d definitely recommend this company.

Had 2 kitchens designed and fitted, both really good quality and look amazing. My designer Jade especially stood out, really really helpful and couldn’t do enough to make the whole process run as smoothly as possible for me.

As part of remodelling with removing a wall and installing bi-fold doors, we wanted a kitchen with the wow factor. We were recommended Kitchen Craft and safe to say the guys have delivered. Our designer Mark went above and beyond to meet our needs changing the design more times than I can remember. Mark worked closely with us and nothing was too much trouble allowing us to refine the design down to the smallest detail. Working with Mark and Kitchen Craft, the whole design process from start to finish has been a pleasurable experience. Installation is just as critical as the design itself and again KC delivered. We had our kitchen fitted by Phil who did an amazing job. His attention to detail and personal need for everything to be right resulted in a finished install that I cannot fault in anyway.
