    EXPENSIVE and not reliable garage. Initial quote for £700, final price over £1300 for cambelt. Such a misquote is not acceptable with Ford specialist. Also, initial work time of 3 days extended to nearly two weeks due to broken tool. Again - Ford specialist should have a spare. Any garage out there can beat them on price and possibly quality, ANY. As a customer I feel lured and cheated as I would definitely choose other service provider if the quote was accurate or at least closer to final price. Extended yearly service is also nearly twice as expensive as in other garages and very poor as it doesn't even provide the basic liquids refilling. Very disappointed. Hopefully the parts provided won't fail although with such incompetence I have doubts. I will definitely stay away in the future.

    Great service. The sales man we dealt with was a "gentlemen". Sorted my daughter out with a great car on Sunday afternoon. No high pressure sales. Just explained the deal and let us decide. Very impressed. Highley recomended

    This is the 2nd car we have purchased from here and yet again the service was second to none. Sophie helped us with our purchase and she was absolutely wonderful, so friendly and absolutely no pressure sales wise. She happily listened to us and was thorough with her answers to our questions, and there were alot of them. Thank you Sophie and T Wall for all your help with our fab new car!

    I would like to say a very big thank you to the team at T Wall Service Department, especially Roy, Martin and Stuart for fixing my car. It's never a nice experience when your car breaks down, however the way I have been treated and the customer service I have received has been first class. It's a 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 from me.

    I was looking for a little run about car as we were in the process of purchasing a campervan. I looked at various car dealers in the area and choose T Wall approved pre owned cars, as they had a very nice looking 62 plate Fiesta. I made an appointment to look around it and a test drive, Joash rang me and arranged for the Fiesta to be available. We arrived at dealership and Joash greeted us, showed us around the Fiesta and we had the test drive, which resulted in us purchasing it. I have to say that the whole process was great and Joash was an amazing young man, very friendly and not your typical car sales person 😉 I would fully recommend the T Wall approved car Centre, specifically Joash 👍😎

    Waited two weeks for a diagnostic. Already told them what the issue was. Called me at the end of the day only to tell me the same thing. Not the cheapest definitely not experienced either. Recommended to change adblue pump. Its my works minibus so couldnt wait another 3 to 4 days for parts to arrive and pay the extortionate prices for repair £860 so ordered the pump and fitted it myself in an hour the next day. Spent over £600 and still the same.. won't be using this garage again. Gave wrong advice, wasted precious no start mileage now booked elsewhere where it will have to be recovered to.

    Staff in the showroom were not very welcoming and didn't seem particularly interested in asking if we needed assistance. After I had approached two members of staff who were engrossed in a conversation about a TV programme, a salesman was found. He was quite helpful in answering our questions regarding buying a new Puma but unfortunately a test vehicle would not be available for a couple of days. He took our telephone number and promised to call when it arrived......still hasn't called me though. Although the radio advert says "You can get it all at T. Wall", it seems that a phone call is something you can't get. Shame.

    Had an absolute blast test driving and learning about several cars before settling into a Fiesta. Rob was patient with my decision and questions and was both informative and a pleasure to deal with. The time we were there he was polite, passionate about his job and an absolute legend. I found buying a car daunting at first, but was swiftly put to ease with the decision by the amount of time, care and consideration put into this notion. Test driving the cars was an enjoyable experience and even learning about them was great. The experience was more of a jovial one than expected and even the aftercare is something I am in awe of with the staff going above and beyond expectations. Honestly, I'm amazed at the level of commitment, enthusiasm and helpfulness that contributed to a good experience in comparison to the car dealerships I've been to in the past. 10/10

    Not impressed. Last time i had my car serviced here it was not washed, unlike most other places i have had servicing. MOT is more expensive Than competitors. After my last service here i noted on the form that my next service was in 12 months time. I checked the service schedule for my car and it clearly stated 2 years s or 18000 miles. Prior to the 12 months i had a call from them telling me my 12 months service was due. I visited them, with my service schedule in hand to discuss this. I left with them agreeing, it was indeed 2 years or 18000. I guess some people would fall for this and pay for an unnecessary service. Not impressed. Would not use again or recommend

    Just purchased a Vauxhall crossland from this garage everything from looking to collection was perfect car was emaculate and a couple of odd bits done Craig was so helpful logbook was sorted and tax was done before we left will always use this garage and highly recommend it thank you so much

    Went in for a used car + came out with a brand new Kuga, happy with the part ex of my old car. Process took 1 week from initial visit to picking up my fabulous new car. Great service from Dave (who came in on his day off to take charge of handing over the new car) and Sam (who made it work for me to have a new car). Friendly place + people. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received

    Collected a new Ford Puma recently from T. Wall. Delighted with the car and very impressed with the dealership. Sales staff were friendly, helpful and explained the features of the new car very well. Good Covid measures in place so always felt safe whilst on the premises. Would recommend T. Wall Garages to others without hesitation.

    Shockingly rude staff. If you have an MOT and service plan they try to get you to pay for things that aren't even wrong with the car. I got sick of the engine light coming on every year so decided to take it to a different garage. Turns out they weren't oil swaping properly. Ignition coil was playing up because of a manufacturing fault and kept blowing spark plugs, they constantly tried to charge us for new spark plugs even though it was their faulty part blowing them. They also forget to restart the lifetime warranty on the car, so enjoy that argument every year.

    Great service from Rob and all the staff there. Inquired about a car and was on the road with finance and insurance all sorted within a week. Even had the car dropped off at home as I was busy with work. Definitely recommend and will be going here again when I need a newer car.

    Very unhappy as my car have several weeks sitting with them and try to call and they pass me from one department to other. Last communication I have is that the piece needed shall came from Germany however they don't know if its ordered, if its on the way, or when will arrive. You shall have a log and know everything as you order Ford pieces daily right? Furthermore, you shall have contact with your supplier and know when will arrive your orders.. It's coming from Germany or from China because if comes from China I will understand its taking this long. Desepointed, very.

    I have just brought a new Puma from T Wall. The car is great. The service I experienced from T Wall was brilliant. I was kept informed about my vehicle and when it would arrive. I was always welcomed and shown all the relevant information I needed. I would higly recommend this garage and their staff

    i have recently(yesterday) bought a Nissan juke from here on a part exchange, deal went fine and was easy and convenient , sophie and steve were nice to deal with. the only reason im giving 3 stars for now is because the second car key given to me doesnt work and does not start the car and this was only told to me the day i went to pick the car, i am sure they must have know about it way before and i should have been told about it the day i went to view the car not the day i went to pick it up. anyways i have been told that they have ordered a key from nissan itself and which i should get in around 3 weeks time. so im waiting and once i get the second key i will update here. Update. today my 2nd car key has been reprogrammed and it works now. i was also provided a courtesy car by them while it was being worked on.. all sorted.. Thank you

    Very pleased with my purchase. Sophie gave superb customer service from start to finish. She was warm, friendly and quick to respond. After a long and tricky journey to collect the car, I was met with concern, the offer of a cuppa and kind words. Sophie had also made sure I had fuel for my return journey.
