The most incompetent staff I’ve ever experienced in any business ever! Definitely not the sort of people you want handling your personal information. Absolutely useless, took them nearly an hour to locate a simple ordered to store item. They even believed someone may have took it! I was also asked for my full address in front of all the other customers, which I didn’t feel safe giving, especially after volunteering my ID and giving my order number - to which they said they don’t receive order numbers (!?), (the customers were screaming at one another and threatening violence, with the counter assistant literally just shrugging). It’s safe to say I’ll be ordering my prescriptions to a safer, and better staffed, environment next time, because I certainly can’t face going back there.

Very nasty and abrupt lady pharmacist who is neither a competent or knowledgeable individual. I do not recommend to anyone who cares about their healthcare or that of their loved ones. Please avoid.

More interested in finishing a conversation and drinking tea that serving a customer. I will not be coming back.

They don't care about their patients. You always have to wait a couple of days for your prescription and when you go to pick it up they still don't have it because the main problem in the pharmacy is their chit chat not to order your medicine. The Pharmacist is very rude and careless especially when you do a complaint. Highly NOT recommend, never ever in this life

Good chemist with parscriptions collection and delivery service. No parking due to yellow lines and little off street parking. Prices are keen due to competition very close by.

Ear wax removal - easy booking system (online or phone) On the day its was explained what the procedure would entail and felt at ease throughout. The person who carried out the procedure was very pleasant and informative. I was shown before and after pictures .. hearing much better now - thanks 👍

My experience at this pharmacy has always been impeccable. The staff recognise me when I arrive and always remember previous conversations. My waiting time is always minimal and the knowledge shown when asking questions is extremely high. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this pharmacy to anyone

After initially popping in for advice regarding ear wax, I went back a week later after applying oil for a few days. The service was excellent and the staff are great, I would highly recommend.

From start to finish a fabulous and most welcoming team and service. I booked online very simple, then got a pre booking confirmation and call. Then on arrival the team were terrific.
