I've now worked from Met House Biz Centre for over 2 years and so far so good! You'd find anything you need on every floor - fully equipped kitchens with no microwave queues! Other centre tenants are also often friendly creating a good networking community. I'd recommend Met House to those with new and well as established businesses in need of a managed office space. The conference room is also a great option to welcome clients and make a good impression!

Having utilised the full office option for three years at Metropolitan House the service was second to none and the facilities clean and modern. As the needs of our business changed, for the past 8 months we have migrated to the remote office functionality. This has given us exceptional value for money and the same great service we received as an 'in house' tenant.

We decided to look for alternative premises April 2020 & knew of “Metropolitan House” shared office space, from contacting Shauna the Business Centre Manager we knew it was the choice for us, very friendly, informative & professional, the building is very well looked after, the move was exceptionally smooth something I wasn’t quite looking forward too however we should of done it years ago. There is loads of parking available and the building is very secure & always clean more so with Covid, Shauna and Peter are very approachable and any problem is resolved promptly. Alison

I relocated my business in 2020. Shauna the buildings manager of Metropolitan House is very professional, competent and extremely helpful. Metropolitan House have extremely friendly and supportive staff! They're very flexible when it comes to office space options and provide an overall good quality of service to their tenants and outside-visitors. This is extremely important to us, as it leaves a very good impression for all our customers who come visit us for meetings directly. Furthermore, the business centre is very easy to get to. Parking spaces are also readily available, tenants and outside-visitors never have any problems. We definitely recommend Metropolitan House to those looking for quality office space near Newcastle / Gateshead.

We have used Metropolitan House as our virtual office for nearly 9 years and it has proved ideal with what we need, and at a very competitive monthly fee. We wished to retain a Tyneside phone number and all calls are seamlessly transferred without issue. The location, just off the A1, is ideal and convenient for calling in to collect our post and the large car park is a great benefit. On occasion, we have needed to hire meeting rooms and these have always been available, at a very competitive rate.

Metropolitan House is an excellent space to work from. Every floor has an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The conference room is really roomy and fits comfortably 10 people. The building even has a reception! I highly recommend this office space building to anyone in need of a professional and comfortable workspace. Whether you're a freelancer, a small startup, or a large corporation, this place has everything you need to thrive.

From day 1 (5 Years ago) when we moved our UK office to the Metropolitan House Business Centre the received service level has been exceptional. The Metropolitan House team is very approachable, welcoming but also very interested in receiving feedback from tenants. Providing a functional, comfortable, welcoming work environment is key and the Metropolitan House meets all criteria's and more. While working here from my Office, I feel often that I am part of a big family, this is due to the other known tenants but also due to great service received specifically from Elli and Shauna. What a great place to work, From the day we moved into our office we have always been Made to feel welcome as if we had always been here. There is always a smiley face to greet you on reception as you walk in. Aswell as a friendly voice on the other end of the phone if you need anything. Any queries are always dealt with in the most professional manner and very prompt. The offices are spacious and have a warm welcoming feel to them. Nice Clean Facilities and the car park is huge more then enough space to be parked.

The building is very well maintained and in a pleasant and convenient location. All staff are very helpful and friendly and any requests I have made have been responded to swiftly. The conference room facility is very handy to have for group meetings and training.
