When we picked up the car the following day......WOW. I knew it would be good but I was totally shocked how good, Kevin's attention and passion shows in the results. Kevin is by far the most impressive, thoughtful and attentive car detailer I have ever come across. I gave him my Audi TT S to have the full inside and outside clean, paint wax, engine bay, wheel arches, leather, interior scenting, the works. When I turned up to collect the car I was blown away. The car literally looked like it was back to brand new, straight off the factory production line. He also came in on his day off between Christmas and New Year to carry out the work for me as I was only visiting family in the North East for Christmas. Honestly, I couldn’t rate Kevin highly enough. He also phoned me with a comprehensive breakdown of everything he would do before I placed the deposit, and text me again the day beforehand to make sure I would show up. As a business owner myself I have to give kudos to someone who know what they are doing and takes care of the customer. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. Thank you

The detail and expertise from A1 in restoring my car is amazing. It looks fantastic & as if it’s brand new. I recently bought the car and the paint work began to fade quickly and the garage I bought it from didn’t want to know. I decided to get a ceramic polish from A1 and the outcome has blown me away in how good the car now looks. I also had the rest of the car cleaned including the leather interior and I can’t praise Kev enough for the fantastic job he’s done. He’s been providing exceptional valeting for nearly 40 years and his experience & knowledge of the products required to rejuvenate your vehicle are second to none. 5 stars all the way from me.

Got an interior valet on a filthy mini. Seats were stained quite badly with makeup from the previous owner, dust and hair throughout. The car was cleaned decently and the seats looked 100x better than what they did before I dropped the car off. If anything was to mark it down, it would be that for £49 I would’ve expected to see the car cleaned in every nook and cranny, when I looked around the car I still saw mud and dust in the carpet under the rear seats, dust behind the rev counter (on a mini) and the backs of the front seats still had a little bit of makeup on them. One other thing would be the, in my opinion, overuse of the plastic dressing. I feel like once applied it just attracts dirt and dust and when applied on the steering wheel, makes it incredibly greasy and slippery. Overall though Kevin is a top bloke, and done an alright job, especially considering the state of the seats to begin with.

My car seats were in terrible state due to car valets damaging them with a certain chemical used to polish car wheels and Kevin knew exactly what to do to lift the stains from the seats. Hand on my heart I honestly was blowing away at how new my seats looked they literally look exactly like they did when I got my car a few years ago which was brand new at the time.Kevin is a very honest and good bloke which he will put 100% effort in to get the task done for you. He is also very clued up with his knowledge of cleaning cars he know's exactly what chemicals to use to get the job done. I would recommend anyone to see Kevin and I will definitely see him again if there is any future problems with any damage to my car interior. Thanks A1 car valets!

Having used Kevin's services before I knew what a great result would be achieved. My Mercedes was now 6yrs old but in great condition so I decided not to buy a new one but to keep & preserve this one. I needed to have the paintwork protected so discussed my options with him. After first deciding on the cheaper option of a body glaze, on reflection I changed my mind to go for the full works, clay bar, machine polishing then a ceramic coating, which should last for years. At each step, Kevin explained the procedures & what finish to expect. When I arrived for pick up, even though there was no sun, the car gleamed like glass. The interior was just as smart & I could not have been happier. Many thanks for your skilled work Kevin, I drove away feeling like a million dollars. Highly recommended.

Kevin gave me advice on treatment options for my car which had green mould in the rubber and almost 10 years worth of muck from the environment. The whole valet was excellent but the paintwork, wow, I thought my car was still white but I was wrong. Before and after, fabulous job, it’s like a new car. Worth every penny.

Had my car valeted in February and opted for the extra protection package, friendly service and a great overall finish, Kevin managed to remove a small impurity on the paintwork that was my roof. Would definitely use again. Photo was taken on the day of the valet.

I recently used A1 Car Valets due to my company car having milk spilt on the car seats & carpets and I could not recommend them enough. Their customer service was fantastic, providing me with a thorough explanation of what process they would go through in order to lift the bacteria out of the car to remove the smell. The car looks and smells brand new again and Kevin was extremely professional throughout. I will definitely be using A1 Car Valets again in the near future.

Amazing! My car was extremely dull and the paintwork had just lost all its shine among all the marks throughout the years.
