Been coming here for a few years now for tropical and marine fish and now also reptiles (the wife wanted a bearded dragon). The new premises are much bigger and have a good selection of creatures, food and accessories.

Purchased 5 boxes of live food only to find most of them dead when got home I understand live insects will die but when your paying so much for them you expect them to be fresher and atleast alive

Great live fish shop, the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and will spend time with you giving advice and helping you out. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely best pet shop i have been into since leaving lancs last year..lots on offer and okay prices ,the lad who served uswas helpful and the whole place was very clean. The fish looked healthy,Definitely be going back for more fish and maybe a new tank. its located right at the end of a street and is tucked away, carpark is small so we parked onthe street..i was blown away when i saw the alligator 🐊🐉🦎🐢🐍🐟🐠. I give it 10/10 👍👍

Can’t say good enough for my trip to exotic world today. Went to “browse” …came away with this guy (pastel het ultramel) and a full set up (this is temporary whilst waiting for sealant to cure) for a really reasonable price. Would definitely go there again to get their full set ups. The guy serving me (didn’t catch your name sorry) was fab. So knowledgeable, friendly and happy to give his time. Made it really comfortable and enjoyable to browse and shop. Will update review when I have the full set up done and this little guy settled in. Thanks so much, can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic little reptile and aquarium shop, takes me about an hour to get over but honestly well worth the travel, even just for a look around. Just recently purchased "Big Bertha" she's an absolute stunner. Feeds well and super good quality, nice and healthy and very well cared for. Good prices on the goods sold, well worth the money and is much cheaper and better quality than chain pet stores, will definitely be back for bits n bobs. Keep up the good work guys, thank you :)

Excellent service, very helpful staff, just setting up a fish tank, told us everything we needed to do and didn't get to sell us loads of fish, sarod to put a few in each week so as not to stress them .

Knowledgeable and friendly fish store. Shop also sells exotic animals. Each time I go in, all the fish are in good health which shows how well cared the fish are.

I've been a customer here since way back,each and every time the lad who's business it is is always very helpful and down to earth,his knowledge is unbelievable and always makes you feel welcome. I would one hundred percent go and check it out,he has a new added section of the store dedicated to sea and course fishing with talk he might stock some fly fishing gear for the fluff chuckers amost us,all in all great staff and shopping experience would highly recommend.

Lovely little shop, popped in for some mice for my snake and they had lots of supplies. Very impressed and will be buying my snakes mice from here from now on. Fab prices and the staff were very friendly and helpful! 5*

Class, been in a few times now and looking forward to the next visit, the guys are always really helpful and always have time to answer any questions ask, if you are debating buying fish or looking for advice this is the place to go, I'll be avoiding pets at home from now on.

Wouldn't spend a penny here after seeing the caiman they have in the store in a small tank barely or not even double the length of the poor thing. Disgusting Reply to the owner response - would you be happy having a space to live in that's 3 times as long as you? I am aware of covid, that was 2 years ago though. It wouldn't be okay for a customer to treat stock like that so it shouldn't be okay for yourselves either.

Utterly amazing place. The sheer volume of stock they have in is immense, all types of fish you can imagine and ayyylot more. Freshwater, saltwater, tropical. They also do live plants, coral plus other exotic animals. Staff are incredibly helpful, canny as anything and knowledgeable in equal measure. Cannot recommend these guys enough!!

Very cool place with many many tanks stocked full of your future marine friends. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with those who are not sure where to start. There's plenty on the store and to keep you browsing with wide eyes for hours; Fish, coral, fish, plants, snakes, lizards, fish, fish food, spiders, turtles, a plethora of water tank treatment products..... Did I say fish already? You get the idea. This has been the only store I've visited since I got into the hobby, and I don't see myself widening horizons any time soon.
