I made an online order and even though I was told it will be sent by mail to the recipient which will take up to around 5 days, I believe it arrived the next day. My sister was very happy with her birthday package. Walnut Tree even offered themselves to refund the amount as the package wouldn't arrive on time for her birthday. I would say order with Walnut Tree and support this honest busineses.

I am really looking forward to receiving the normal high quality produce that I have received many times before from Walnut Tree. There was a very unfortunate incident with delivery which was remedied almost instanteously (many thanks for this). I would recomend selecting the more expensive option for carriage as opposed to the free one.

Arrived as promised very prompt. The items look great , bought as a present if taste half as good as look my dad will really enjoy them. He did last year.

The quality has gone down in recent years, especially the sliced orange. The chocolate ginger is crunchy and fibrous now. Customer service manner-less. Only two people own and run the business, so no recourse to further complain.

The gifts arrived promptly direct from Walnut Tree, and are nicely packaged. We've had them many times before and know how good they are. Looking forward to enjoying them at Christmas.

These make wonderful gifts and also make great persons gifts. The marzipan fruits are some of the best around and I think surpass Fortnum's just disappointed I couldn't get the smaller size Their chocolate covered nuts are also delicious especially the cinnamon covered walnuts. I bought some of my gifts at various fairs but am about to order some more on line, . Would recommend this firm, the produce is wonderful and the delivery and packaging are also both quick and efficient.

I can reinforce those 5 star reviews… I really appreciated the thought that went into recycling packaging - so that my order arrived in a recycled apricot box that was much sturdier than most packing boxes these days and I have saved it to re-use it again. This meant that the goods arrived in perfect condition and were perfectly wrapped and look wonderful. Thoroughly recommend - I will be back next year for more Christmas treats…

Ordered on Sunday night and they delivered on Tuesday morning in a beautiful packaging. I ordered the Marron Glace and Nougat, both quite expensive but they also arrived in their own little gift bag. I haven't tried the contents yet as they are for gifts but very pleased with the service

I purchased the chocolate brazils in a gift shop as a treat but had never had them before. WOW is all I can say, beautiful chocolate and the nuts were so fresh and tasty. Loved them so much I found the website and ordered 4 more boxes as the price was better buying direct.

I'm afraid I had to chase up the delivery after a week, but when I did, they were really apologetic and got the glace fruit to me the next day. I buy the product every Christmas from other outlets as it is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Will go straight to Walnut Tree in future.

I bought three of your gift baskets and platters for Christmas and birthday presents recently and the feedback was great. Everyone said how delicious and unusual the gifts were. Unfortunately this leaves me with a small problem - how to find something equally pleasing for my friends and family next time! The postal strike delayed delivery of my order, I was pleasantly surprised when it did arrive. The box was nice and sturdy, inside my goods had been placed inside a nice-looking soft carrier bag, a gift tag was also included. Can`t comment on the goods themselves as they are a present for my wife. Very pleased.

When I investigated further, I found that I could buy the items direct from Walnut Tree, which is what I have now done. The confections are unique and most impressive, including the packaging (I do love a good box!). Walnut tree is my go to website for gifts not just for the holiday season but also if visiting friends and family for home celebrations. There is always a gift in my price range and I do indulge in a cheeky treat for my self. I love chocolate covered fruit and nuts. 😋 Delivery is always excellent and arrives in really good condition. Took a week to arrive (Post Office delays) but WT were supportive and responded promptly when I checked on delivery. Nicely packaged and presented - it's a Christmas present so I don't have a taste test yet, but looks good! - the only down side is that in transit all the contents have shifted up one end (obviously not transported flat, unsurprisingly) so doesn't look its best in the box. Update post Christmas: gift well received and I'm told is very good eating!
