On our way to Ham House and Gardens and saw this place. Went in and totally amazed and the wide variety of palms and other plants was superb. Talked to one of the staff and they were so helpful and nice. So we will be back with the car on a shopping expedition as there are some really outstanding plants here and if you are in the area make a point of dropping in. It seems from the other reviewers their shipping and delivery service is excellent too. Really good place to go and shop, and looking forwards to getting back there soon.

I ordered asplenium scolopendrium ( common name ‘Hart’s Tongue Fern’ ). Despite the bottom of the box arriving completely open, the delivery person informed me it was open. The plants arrived in fantastic condition. They were planted straight away. I recommend The Palm Centre.

Put an order in in march, spoken to staff via messenger and all i can say is they went above and beyond to make a customer happy. I cant praise these enough. I had a Brahea Armata, Butia Odorata & Soluble Palm fertiliser. What can i say other than the Brahea Armata is the most magnificent looking palm you will ever own, i received such a beautiful healthy specimen and it has the most stunning silvery blue fronds. Same with the Butia Odorata, both palms are very healthy looking with very strong root systems. Also purchased 2 Chamaerops Cerifera over a year ago and both are now really thriving and also flowering so it shows the quality of these palms being sold! Super fast delivery too. Superb customer services!

I ordered six bamboo plants on Wedsnesday afternoon and they arrived very well packaged on a pallet on Friday morning. Excellent delivery service. The bamboo were also in good condition, taller than expected which was good as I was using them for privacy and to cover a corner of fencing with the neighbour. Very presentable website and good quality photographs too.

Good range of large sized plants - our palms and citrus plants were delivered intact, well done, Palm Team! Knowledgeable staff, advised us on aftercare and future re-potting. Well, with a such expertise on your staff list, how about training and knowledge sharing workshops?

The Bamboo was ordered on Wednesday and delivered on Saturday with good information about delivery. Packing around the plant was excellent and the bamboo itself more than met our expectations being extremely healthy, having a height exceeding that described and very bushy with plenty of culms. I would have no hesitation in buying again from the Palm Centre and thoroughly recommend them as the price was good for the excellent quality of plant received.

Ordered my 5’ Cordyline Australis on a Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday! Haven’t planted it up yet but it’s a beauty….

I ordered 2 palm trees in the description it says they are around 100cm tall they arrived later than expected and are barely 60cm tall, I called to raise my concern and was told I had to email, emailed and no response, I have purchased many palms and shrubs over the years but this experience has put me off and will be shopping elsewhere from now on and to top it all off my mother in law wanted a palm tree, I recommend these guys she ordered a few days after me only to get it before me and her palm tree was 102cm tall looks like new customers get treated well and loyal customers not so well!! Got a response to this and they just fobbed me off saying its do with growth, which is nonsense you sent me palms nearly half the size as advertised, I'll take it up with trading standards instead awful service and no effort made to resolve issue

I spent ages looking for decent Bamboo Plants. Luckily I eventually found the Palm Centre online - the website was great and the information and photos of the plants excellent. I ordered a selection of bamboo plants and they arrived very quickly and were superbly packaged. We were very impressed with the quality and condition of the plants and they now have pride of place in our garden. The price we paid was also superb and very competitive. Overall a great service and we would highly recommend this business and would certainly look to use them again in the future.

Bought two indoor flower pots, which we love. They initially arrived damaged from the transit but I reached out and had a replacement no questions asked 2 days later.

I have just received a beautiful, decent-sized dasylirion longissimum that was half the price I've seen at a local garden centre and online. It arrived very quickly and was extremely well packaged. On this basis I'd thoroughly recommend the company and would use them again.

I have purchased a number of plants from the palm centre, the two tree ferns in the image are just two, the small one only arrived today and the larger one about six weeks ago

Excellent place. Ordered palms first time online, all turned up well packaged and in good nick. Second time, I ordered a few Canna Lillies. They were beautiful and huge to boot. Highly recommended.

Can’t fault response and delivery times but Bamboo plants were well below average quality. They were so root bound (as per pics) that I’m not sure they will survive transplanting. Contacted Palm Centre and they just fobbed me off saying it may be a good thing. Not really what you want to hear when you pay top dollar expecting good quality plants. I was going to buy more but won’t be from them! Avoid.

Although the layout of this place is a little confusing, the plants are very high quality. I’ve bought both in store and online and always very pleased with the plants received. Also Russel is the most amazing delivery man EVER!! He went totally beyond the outlined deliver service and helped getting my oversized palm tree into the garden! (Thank you Russel)

I work in the industry and this establishment is a unique asset for the whole of London. It's range of Agaves, Yuccas and succulents in general is exceptional. The best place to see mature palms. The stock is of the highest quality.

A great selection of tropical plants and palms. I would like to see a little more variety in palm trees as it is call the 'Palm Centre' otherwise it would be 5 stars. Had a great time and brought some nice plants.

Received Palm (Chamaerops humilis var. cerifera - 60Ltr pot, 110/130cm tall) and several Olive trees (clipped ball on stem, 9Ltr pot) all of which have arrived in excellent condition and were reasonable in price. They arrived within the estimated time frames. The overall service has been excellent and would highly recommend The Palm Centre, and will use them again.

Oh wow what a hidden gem! Lots of choice for tropical and unusual plants. I brought my climbing jasmine from here and it’s gone wild in my garden-which is a sign of a healthy plant. Love this place. Such nice plants and choice!
