Mechanic
has
been
extremely
generous
on
past
occasions
with
repairs
and
always
delivered.
Personally,
I
prefer
to
go
to
bike
shops
which
aren't
halfords
(not
to
say
they're
bad)
however
given
bike
shops
are
self
employed
and
have
a
sense
of
community
which
I
feel
Halfords
lack
they
will
go
that
bit
further
for
you.
Albeit
my
bike
is
from
Halfords,
Cranqs
will
give
you
a
more
honest
and
overall
professional
job.
Moreover,
in
my
opinion,
bike
shops
like
Cranqs
have
a
two
way
connection
between
the
individual
and
mechanic
in
that
they
take
that
bit
extra
care
and
are
apart
of
cycling
community
themselves
and
cyclists
(like
muself)
will
be
more
trustworthy
of
their
service.
As
at
times
I
feel
Halfords
aren't
entirely
sure
on
what
to
do
or
just
rip
you
off
and
they
don't
fully
appreciate
cycling
like
that
of
your
local
bike
shop.
As
said
about
mechanic
being
generous,
he
has
at
times
gone
above
and
beyond
creating
a
very
very
happy
customer!
As
of
this
Cranqs
will
always
be
my
first
choice
if
I
need
a
helping
hand!
In
other
words,
if
you
are
getting
withdrawal
symptoms
from
cycling
because
you
have
mechanical
problem(s)
and
are
eager
to
get
back
on
bike
and
smash
some
KOMs
and
QOMs
go
to
cranqs.
They
will
welcome
your
bike
with
loving
arms
