Incredible service throughout! Postage was on time and fully prepared for to make sure livestock and corals were heated, packed and secured to dismiss any risk of damage or DOA’s. Honestly can not get over the change in my tank from discovering this website. Always packed perfectly and alan has been a great help with advice or any problems I encountered since ordering from Blackfish I must have ordered at least 30 corals off al and they have all been top quality no pests after dipping and extremely reasonably priced i wouldn’t buy corals anywhere else. If it’s not on the website he will do his best to get you what you are after. Customer service of al and Nadia is second to none cant recommend them enough

I have bought corals and dry good from Blackfish on a few occasions now and it's easy to see why they're rated 5 stars! Competitively priced and the corals always come well packaged and in great condition. Never had an issue yet but I'm confident it would be sorted if I did. Don't buy mail order corals from anywhere else!

I've used many online coral suppliers and Blackfish Marine is by far the best. The quality of the corals is unmatched as well as the prices. I've never had an issue with a delivery and the livestock is always well packaged and in good health. Al's WhatsApp group is the best way to get a first look at his 3 deliveries a week. Most of his stock doesn't make to the website or app because we all snap them up too quickly. It also nice to get advice and have a laugh with like minded people. If you are after a specific coral which isn't in stock, Blackfish will go the extra mile to find it for you and I've never been let down. He frequently asks if there is anything everyone wants before putting his orders in or the team hand picking. Al (blackfish marine) often goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with the excellent corals that he sells. Having been to his shop many times his systems are always impeccable and I'm more than happy to stock the majority of my tank with his corals. Al believed the corals I'd purchased where not the colour they were when he got them. Knocked money off because of this. I've received the corals and they are exactly as I thought and saw on there website. Don't get genuine honesty like this normally in the marine/reef hobby. I’ve had multiple excellent experiences buying corals from Blackfish Marine, always packaged well, corals in great health and prices which often fall short of more market standards. Although a full range of corals are stocked, LPS in general are a specialty and would recommend checking here over any where else first of all! As a side note, I recommend reaching out to the shop and asking about their WhatsApp group. It’s an awesome little community formed with hobbyists all across the UK, everyone shares knowledge and helps each other out in a friendly manner. You also have the added benefit of sneak peaks/first orders against corals about to go on the website!

Had my first delivery today from blackfish marine, ordered 10 bumblebee snails. What can I say if snails are packed this good I can only imagine how Corals etc are packed. Poly boxed, bubble wrapped, wrapped in foil wrap, heat pack and snails in a plastic tub with loads of water and carbon in water too. Highly impressed. Great quality bumblebee snails too. I bought a Trachyphyllia online from this shop, organised a delivery day and it arrived as planned. The coral was suspended in a plastic tub full of water, wrapped in a reflective blanket, with a heat pack all in a poly box. To say I'm pleased is an understatement!!! I have lost count how many times I've bought corals and while they are nice the photos don't quite represent the real thing (they blame lighting...) Well this time I am amazed how much better it looked than the photos and they where good. I will be buying again, and if you see something you like, don't hesitate. You are not going to be disappointed.

Where to start……. Outstanding, finally a store that doesn’t take the p*ss, this guy knows his stuff and the hobby inside out. The stock is very well selected and maintained. In 1 visit I have transformed my tank at a very reasonable price. Returning in a couple of weeks to bag some more high end coral at a discount price. Worth a visit or a call, it’s not a flashy retail outfit served by a 16 year old who knows the world, it’s a guy, a building and coral trays… what more do you need? I brought a frag a few weeks ago to try out, it arrived in the post the next day and was massive, not a complaint, just surprised after been ripped off by other outlets and ebayers over the years.
