Crowded most of the time. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you visit early in the morning, probably you will not wait for the representative. Three mobile plans and offers are present in the store. Also, the newest mobile phones are exhibited. I recommend unlimited Internet data and voice plan 32£ per month. It is £37 in fact, but it's 32 with a direct debit card automatic payment.

Signing a contract wasn't very difficult, however there were issues with the connectivity to the network, something which the sales representative clearly stated would allow me to cancel the contract without any fees within 14 days. I tried to cancel the contract 2 days after signing, within the terms, which they made me wait 40 minutes to do, as only a manager could do it apparently, and then the manager tried to falsely threaten that they would "normally charge me for cancelling and going with another network", (even though that wasn't the reason I was cancelling), but they'll make an exception this time because the sales reps had made incorrect statements to me. Be careful of their assurances, make sure everything is in writing, and the signal is definitely not as reliable as other larger providers.

Use the Exeter shop, staff always very helpful. Such a shame that international roaming is being removed from May 2022. Does this now make 3 much like any other network?

The staff are really friendly and really help to support you to make a decision about your phone. They try to save you money rather than to buy the most expensive phone there. I was really struck by the clean and sleek asthetic of the shop. However there are steps as soon as you get in and no ramps for wheel chair users. Apart from that I'd you are looking for a place to try out a range of phones including the RAZR and honor phones.

Staff were absolutely amazing today. Normally I’d have not had the time to be able to make a decision and take a contract out in the same day as my little boy would get bored waiting. The staff kept him so entertained he didn’t want to leave and I was able to get my new phone, tablet and contract all sorted without any issues. Really grateful for their time and energy they put in to help me and keep my little boy happy. He already wants to go see his new friends again 😂.

I have been a decades long term customer with Three in Hong Kong and have been allocated a dedicated Three “Supreme Relationship Manager”by Three in Hong Kong. I visited the store in Exeter today to ask why my data roaming package with them didn’t work through their using data roaming abroad and was told they had had problems with that. The two customer service representatives could not have been more arrogant, hostile and unhelpful. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I left the store angry, frustrated and with no solution or explanation why I could not use my plan abroad in Europe. I will be giving the months notice of cancellation of my plan today. Never use this service provider.

The team provided excellent service to the three Ukrainian refugees we took into the store providing free sims and ensured all of their phones worked properly after transfer before we all left. Thanks again
